Group Involvement In Knowledge Transfer From The Perspective Of Online Health Community

In recent years,with the continuous attention to the development of mental health in China,community rehabilitation of mental disorders is facing higher requirements and challenges.However,social concern and the improvement of the overall environment have not yet improved the plight of knowledge transfer in community rehabilitation.The integration of new technologies such as Internet and traditional industries creates conditions for the application of new informal networks such as online health communities in social work of mental rehabilitation.The purpose of this study is to sort out the domestic and foreign literature,take Nanjing YK rehabilitation guidance center as the research object,carry out theoretical research and Empirical Analysis on the knowledge transfer activities of community rehabilitation of mental disorders,and establish an online community model of community rehabilitation,and carry out group intervention in the field of online health community for the community rehabilitation of mental disorders.Through the methods of observation,interview and questionnaire,the author analyzes the dilemma of knowledge transfer from three aspects: individual,internal and external of the organization,and explores the main reasons: the lack of trust,the lack of common language,the weak density of knowledge transfer network;then this paper improves the knowledge transfer of mental rehabilitation through informal network In the stage of group intervention,a knowledge transfer group and an online health community for mental disorders rehabilitation were set up to evaluate the replication,absorption and knowledge transfer of knowledge Willing and interpersonal trust,to analyze and study whether the online health community vision has increased the effect of knowledge transfer of mental disorders community rehabilitation;finally,according to the analysis of the effect of group work on knowledge transfer of mental disorders community rehabilitation under the online health community vision,put forward the strategy analysis of improving knowledge transfer,and summarize and reflect on the shortcomings of the group.
