General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the school's ideological and political theory teacher's symposium,"We must adhere to the unification of explicit education and implicit education,tap the ideological and political education resources contained in other courses and teaching methods,and achieve all-round education for all employees.People." This shows that Lide Shuren as the fundamental task of ideological and political education,gradual progress in universities,middle schools and elementary schools,diversification of thick ideological and political education resources,and realization of the three-dimensional education of people is of great significance in running ideological and political theory courses.In recent years,with the advancement of new curriculum reforms,major changes have taken place in educational concepts.Recessive education has gradually entered the public's field of vision.Research and practice on recessive education have been launched in many regions and schools,and some results have been achieved.But overall,explicit education still occupies a dominant share and a dominant position in the process of moral education in middle schools in my country.This current situation reminds us to pay more attention to the irreplaceable role of hidden education in middle school moral education,and to increase practice is of great significance for the healthy growth of middle school students' physical and mental health and optimizing the effect of moral education.At present,although many scholars have carried out theoretical explanations and path thinking on hidden education in middle school moral education from different angles,there are still a lot of problems in the specific practice of hidden education in middle school moral education.This article takes four middle schools in Z city as the survey object,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the sixth grade students of middle and high schools,supplemented by teacher interviews,and makes a detailed analysis of related issues.The survey found that in terms of the current development of recessive education in middle school moral education,the main shortcomings are as follows:First,due to the deviation of the value orientation of recessive education courses,the goals of recessive education in middle schools are still relatively vague and lack clear.Construction goals;second is the formalism in recessive education,with serious formalism and single content;third,the lack of the main body of students in recessive education;fourth,the relatively low level of professionalization of moral education for middle school teachers.Based on this,a more systematic study of the development status of recessive education in middle school moral education and corresponding countermeasures have become one of the important issues to be solved urgently in the current middle school moral education work.This research follows the principles of discovering,analyzing,and solving problems,combining theory with practice,and puts forward more effective and feasible countermeasures:enhancing the goal-oriented development of invisible education courses;increasing various inputs for invisible education;improving Students' participation in implicit education;strengthening teacher moral education professional ability training.It aims to give full play to the important role of implicit education in improving students' moral standards and the balanced development of other aspects,to provide reference for the realization of the unification of explicit education and implicit education,and to promote three-dimensional education.
