Young people are the hope of the nation and the future of the country’s development.Labor literacy education is an important part of youth education.School is the theme of youth labor literacy education,and the development of labor literacy education is mainly carried out by school courses and activities as the carrier.This research is based on the status quo of the labor literacy education of junior high school students in Chengguan District,Lhasa,Tibet Autonomous Region,and is guided by improving the labor literacy of junior high school students in Lhasa,Tibet Autonomous Region.It adopts a multi-faceted,multi-disciplinary and multi-perspective research perspective,combined with pedagogy and sociology.Based on multi-disciplinary theoretical foundations such as psychology,field inspections and in-depth investigations on the actual conditions of junior high school students’ labor literacy cultivation in Lhasa,Tibet Autonomous Region,to clarify the effective experience of youth labor literacy cultivation at home and abroad,and analyze its background,Explain the significance of training,the problems raised,the current situation and factor analysis,policy suggestions,etc.,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of youth labor literacy in Lhasa and the entire Tibet area.The main research content and results of this article are as follows:First,explain the reasons for selecting the topic,including the research background,research purpose and significance.In addition,through combing the relevant domestic and foreign literature,looking for inspiration from a large number of domestic and foreign related research on youth labor literacy education,so as to clarify Research ideas and research methods.Secondly,it elaborates on the related concepts of literacy,labor,and labor literacy,and at the same time clarifies the theoretical basis that this research follows,mainly including Marx’s theory on the all-round development of people,Suhomlinsky’s labor education theory,and children’s cognitive development Stage theory.Third,enter Lhasa No.1Middle School and conduct a field survey on the labor literacy status of junior high school students in Lhasa No.1 Middle School through the questionnaire method.This article uses students from grades 7 to 9 of Lhasa No.1 Middle School as a sample.The four dimensions of labor attitude,labor ability,and influencing factors investigate the current situation of junior high school students’ labor literacy,sort out and analyze the collected data,firstly do a descriptive statistical analysis of the overall labor literacy of junior high school students,and secondly analyze the current situation of junior high school students’ labor literacy Perform a difference analysis between grade,gender,and whether or not to be an only child;again,perform correlation analysis on the three control variables of gender,age,and whether or not to be an only child in four dimensions;then,perform regression testing between the four dimensions,And conduct a mediation effect test.Fourth,through the analysis of the research results,it is found that the influencing factors of labor cognition on labor ability,family,school,teachers and other factors have an impact on the labor ability of junior high school students,and labor attitude has a significant impact on labor ability.There are also problems in the level of low cognition,the correct attitude towards work needs to be improved,and the overall work ability needs to be improved.And analyze the factors that affect the junior high school students’ labor literacy from three aspects:subject,system,and environment.Fifth,explore the problems and influencing factors in the above-mentioned parts of the labor literacy status of junior high school students,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the labor literacy level of Tibetan junior high school students,mainly the integration of family education and labor education to establish a good Family traditions,inherit correct values and ideas of success,strengthen the construction of teachers,cultivate labor literacy,improve the labor curriculum system,enrich labor activities,strengthen policy and mechanism guarantees,and strengthen publicity.
