Research On The Operational Dilemma Of Social Work Institutions And Its Countermeasures

As my country's socialist development enters a new era,relying solely on the government to provide public services can no longer meet people's growing needs for a better life.At the same time,in order to promote innovation in social governance,the government began to pay more and more attention to the important role of social organizations in providing social services and promoting social governance.In this context,as an important part of social organizations,social work institutions have gradually developed and grown.However,under the situation that a large number of social work organizations have emerged in a short period of time,there are still many shortcomings in the operation and management of social work organizations,and standardized management is required.Therefore,this article takes A social work organization in Luoyang City as an example.Based on the author's internship experience in this organization,I have used participatory observation and interview methods to obtain relevant information about the organization,and summarized it.Based on the theory of social systems,it adopts field research methods to deeply analyze the administrative dilemmas of the operation of social work institutions.The dilemmas mainly include: weak administrative management capabilities of social work institutions,chaotic project operations,and loose personnel management;The analysis of the reasons suggests that the reasons for the above dilemma mainly include: the lack of administrative functions leads to an imperfect administrative system,the lack of institutional capabilities leads to irregular project operation,and the ignorance of human resource management leads to lagging institutional development.Finally,the targeted solutions for the above reasons include: perfecting the administrative organization system,promoting the improvement of administrative capacity,improving the administrative operation mechanism,enhancing the level of foreign cooperation,enhancing the administrative service capacity,and meeting the needs of diversified services.It is hoped that this can make up for the lack of practical experience of social work organizations in management,promote the improvement of social work administrative management capabilities,and further promote the sound operation of social work organizations and the improvement of social work service capabilities.
