Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The state has frequently issued relevant documents on the development of school physical education and the promotion of student physical health.It is eager to improve the physical fitness of students through the development of school physical education.Students are fully developed.In order to have a more in-depth understanding of the development status and development prospects of high school sports associations in Suzhou urban areas under the background of the new era,this study selects sports associations in 18 high schools in Suzhou as the survey object,based on the literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical science.The statistical law conducted a more comprehensive and in-depth investigation on the status quo of high school sports associations in the urban area of Suzhou,discussed and analyzed the development of high school sports associations in the new era,summarized the problems existing in the development of high school sports associations in the urban area of Suzhou,and provided feedback for the new era.Relevant suggestions are given for the development and construction of high school sports clubs.Analysis conclusion:(1)The purpose of the development of the sports clubs of senior high schools in Suzhou city is to fully implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren,to enhance the physical fitness of students,and to cultivate their lifelong awareness of sports.The external environment for the development of sports associations is good,but the education department’s emphasis on the development of high school sports associations needs to be improved.(2)The motivation for high school students in Suzhou urban area to participate in sports clubs is to strengthen their physical fitness,improve their existing sports skills,and satisfy their personal hobbies;students participating in club activities can develop their personal interests and expertise,cultivate team awareness,and enhance physical fitness,etc.;In the club activities,the instructor will also carry out ideological and moral education,which is conducive to cultivating students’ positive outlook on life and values;in addition,more than half of the students believe that participating in the club is conducive to the promotion of students’ cultural studies.(3)The high school sports clubs in the urban area of Suzhou are mainly based on traditional projects.There are few traditional national sports and emerging projects,lack of innovation in types,and too little choice of students to meet the needs of students.Sports club activities are mostly club days or weekends and holidays,and the activities present the characteristics of short activity time and low frequency.The activities of sports clubs are mainly free activities and class teaching,combined with other forms,and the proportion of each is coordinated,which is conducive to cultivating students’ comprehensive ability.(4)The venues and facilities of the high school sports clubs in the urban area of Suzhou can basically meet the needs of student activities.The funding for club activities is mainly funded by the school,and the source of funds is single.(5)The high school sports clubs in the urban area of Suzhou mainly adopt the management method of "school leaders-youth league committee-sports clubs",and some sports clubs adopt the management methods of "school leaders-sports group-sports clubs".The organization of sports clubs is based on grades,which is conducive to school management and teacher guidance.(6)Nearly half of the high schools in Suzhou urban area have incomplete or no statutes,and the statute system of sports associations needs to be improved.The direct appointment of the head of the club by the school has a large proportion of drawbacks.In addition,the school’s management of the sports club is relatively loose,not standardized and strict.(7)The instructors of high school sports clubs in the urban area of Suzhou are mostly young and middle-aged,with undergraduate and postgraduate education as the main academic qualifications,and intermediate and senior titles as the main teachers.However,the source of the instructor of the club mainly relies on the school physical education teacher,and there are few full-time hires outside the school.The instruction content is mainly based on special skills and basic knowledge.Research recommendations:(1)The "Sports New Deal" concept of activating social resources;(2)The value of moral education permeates the activities of sports clubs;(3)Strengthening the construction of school systems and improving the management system of clubs;(4)Establishing a coordinated development mechanism for sports clubs in primary and secondary schools;(5)Innovate the types of sports club projects and enrich the content of activities;(6)Reasonably set the time and frequency of club activities;(7)Broaden the sources of funds and publicity channels. |
