Research On The Innovation Of College Students' Ideological And Political Work From The Perspective Of Media Convergence

The new media based on network digital technology for information dissemination has brought about ecological changes in media,and media integration has become an era trend of media development.As a group that accepts new things quickly,college students have become active users of new media platforms and actively participate in the discussion of social topics.But after being influenced by the new communication pattern brought about by media integration,ideological behavior is quite different from the past: value pluralism,belief complexity,aesthetic entertainment,consumption avantgarde,etc.At the same time,with the cross-cutting cooperation of information dissemination carriers,the ideological and political working environment has changed,and how to use new technologies and new media to invigorate the ideological and political work of college students has become an urgent problem in higher education that does not deviate from the track of educating people.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the development of media convergence and made important speeches for many times,which has practical guiding significance for the innovation of current ideological and political work.Based on the Marxist theory of ideological and political work and the theory of the Communist Party of China,this paper comprehensively sorts out the current research situation at home and abroad,and mainly discusses how to use new media to boost the innovation of ideological and political work of college students under the background of media convergence.The content is divided into four aspects: First,through the collation and research of materials and documents,we can sort out the current development status and future prospects of ideological and political work,so that we can see the deep media integration logic behind it.The innovation of ideological and political work cannot be separated from the support of new media.With the help of new media means,we can improve the operation mode of ideological and political work and optimize the management method of ideological and political work and optimize the management method of ideological and political work.Second,the challenge and opportunity for college students' ideological and political work are expounded by the opposition ratio.Although the emergence of new media will bring challenges to students,teachers and ideological and political work management itself,the development opportunities it brings is conducive to broadening the carrier of ideological and political work communication,expanding the effectiveness of ideological and political work influence,enriching ideological and political work teaching resources,and improving the management mode of ideological and political work management.Thirdly,from the perspective of concepts and principles,it is proposed to innovate the basic adherence to the ideological and political work of college students.At the same time,the principle of education based on materials,problem-oriented principle,the principle of co-construction and sharing,and the principle of keeping pace with the times should also be followed,so as to promote the mutual integration of ideological and political work with the innovative ideas and principles of new media.Fourth,it shows the innovative strategy of college students' ideological and political work under the perspective of media integration.Optimize the new ecology of ideological and political work,integrate ideological and political work throughout the study and life of college students,and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work.Build a new system of ideological and political work,integrate compound training goals,diversified training specifications,multidisciplinary educational resources,and multi-subject collaborative linkage,so as to achieve internal and external synergy;expand the new platform for ideological and political work,take advantage of the communication effectiveness of new media platforms,and realize the sustainable development of ideological and political work.
