Its negative influence mainly displays in:first, media convergence to make some college students’ dependence on social media more serious, cause the interpersonal alienation of power; Second, the media fusion may cause the abuse of media discourse; Third, media fusion makes public opinion field more diverse and complex, increased the difficulty of the management in the field of public opinion, Fourth, media integration led to the thinking of the students of "rationalization" tend to be more obvious.In order to make full use of the positive impact of media convergence, to avoid its negative influence, can from the following aspects:first, must pass a stick to principles of party spirit, stick to professional ethics, determined in accordance with the law cure net to always ensure that media convergence in the right direction; Second, must pass through strengthening college students’ citizen consciousness, to improve college students’ media literacy, cultivate students’ legal thought to optimize the students’ personal quality; Third, must by improving teachers’ theory quality, improve the teaching evaluation mechanism, the innovation teaching discourse system in the main land to give full play to the education courses.
