Education in different countries has its own characteristics and advantages.Learning and learning from the successful experience of other countries in preventing and controlling campus bullying has certain reference significance for the prevention and treatment of campus bullying in our country.The Spanish Government has issued a series of policies and measures aimed at promoting harmonious coexistence on campuses.Spain's anti-cyberbullying policy content: promulgating a campus cooperative coexistence policy,improving the campus environment,and establishing a democratic and harmonious relationship;creating an educational community in which various interest groups participate;establishing a national and local campus pleasant coexistence monitoring mechanism;implementing a regional cooperation plan.Spain advocates multiple entities to manage bullying issues jointly,build a professional team to improve teachers' anti-bullying level,set up unique courses and attach importance to educational guidance.Existing evaluations show that these policy measures and anti-bullying project practices have achieved good results.The Australian Government has issued anti-cyberbullying policies at the federal government level and state and territory governments.The content of Australia's anti-cyberbullying policy: provide policy advice and guidance for schools and local authorities;adopt a community-driven approach to ensure the safety and well-being of children;set up Government monitoring agencies to purify the network environment;supervise network service providers to ensure safe online access for primary and secondary school students.In Australia,the rule of law clarifies school management functions;set up a bullying complaint handling mechanism,multi-channel and all-round intervention;adopt systematic and all-around school intervention to cultivate positive behaviours among young people.Existing evaluations show that most of these policies and measures and anti-bullying project practices have achieved good results.The study compared Spain's and Australia's cyberbullying prevention policies and measures and found similarities: the introduction of policies was seriously affected by the student cyberbullying problem.Only to solve campus bullying and Cyber Bullying is the only way to achieve a safe campus.Both countries adopt a government-led multiple cooperation model,emphasizing cooperation with various subjects;in terms of policy content,they pay more attention to the cultivation of social and emotional capabilities,improved network literacy,and a positive,harmonious and harmonious environment.Providing victims with diverse and unobstructed support channels,attaching importance to family education's power and giving the parents detailed and scientific anti-bullying guidelines,emphasizing creating a safe and harmonious campus environment,attaching importance to the construction of the teaching team,and enhancing professionalism level.The differences between Spain and Australia's anti-cyberbullying policies are the policies promulgated by the Spanish government focus on guidance at the micro-level.The policy goals are to promote harmonious coexistence on campuses,and the purposes have long-term ideal significance.Australia's policies focus more on the macro-level,and its goal is to prevent bullying and eliminate the adverse effects of bullying.Spain's policy implementation is more flexible,Australia's policy implementation is more compulsory.The Spanish Government's monitoring agency is relatively single;the Australian Government's monitoring agencies are more diverse.Spain's anti-cyberbullying training has a broader scope,but Australia's training subjects are more focused on Teachers.The research draws on Spain and Australia's cyberbullying prevention policies and experiences and provides several enlightenments for the prevention of cyberbullying in China: perfect policies,clarify the rights and obligations of all parties;attach importance to the cultivation of students' social and emotional ability,and create a safe and harmonious campus environment;Anti-bullying campus practice to improve students' comprehensive anti-bullying ability;provide professional training to build a high-quality faculty team;attach importance to family prevention and control and give play to the guiding role of family education;adopt a multi-subject cooperation model to build an educational community.
