As an artistic act,performance can promote the generation of situations.The creation of teaching situations through performance can stimulate students' interest in learning,make students immerse themselves in the scene and have a more intuitive emotional experience.It can help students internalize the teaching content in mind and externalize it in practice,and lead a true,kind and beautiful life.Therefore,it is feasible and significant to create the teaching situation of morality and rule of law through performance.This research is based on the research activities of combining practice and reflection carried out by the researchers in the teaching practice of W Middle School in order to solve the problems in the creation of teaching situation of morality and rule of law course.In the research process,the researcher used observation method,interview method and physical analysis method to collect data,and used sorting and summarizing,qualitative analysis method to conduct data analysis.This study is based on Peng Fuchun's game theory of "desire,technology and Morality" and Li Jilin's situational education theory.Taking the first box of Lesson 6,Unit 3,Moral and Rule of Law,Volume 1,Grade 8 of the Editing and Publishing Division as examples,"Who am I Responsible for?",the first box of Lesson 7,Unit 3,"Caring for Others",and the first box of Lesson 10,Unit 4,"Caring for National Development",the three boxes are used to carry out action research.The first round of action research tentatively tried to create the teaching situation of morality and rule of law by acting,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages through classroom observation and after-class interview.Advantages:With "desire" as the starting point to realize the use of "technology";The classroom atmosphere is active;The teaching situation created through performance is helpful to the teaching content.Shortcomings: fallen into the mechanization situation of "technology" for "technology";Inadequate communication with students before class,inadequate preparation for performance,and students' inactive performance;The classroom order is chaotic and the teachers do not control the classroom well.Students do not understand the knowledge thoroughly.The second round of action research improves teaching methods on the basis of the first round of action research and summarizes advantages and disadvantages through classroom observation and after-class interviews.Advantages: in the "desire" to drive down the real "technology";The teaching idea can be updated,the teaching method can be improved;Students' interest in learning is enhanced;The content of the performance is in line with the reality of students' life,and students' awareness of participating in class is enhanced.Knowledge is generated in the teaching situation created through performance,which achieves a high degree of integration of knowledge and situation.Shortcoming: the performance is still at the level of "technology",not sublimated to the level of "Morality";The performance content selection is old,the performance effect is not good;The class order was in disorder during the performance;Students have a low sense of self-identity and lack of confidence in performance.The performance was not properly connected with other parts.In the third round of action research,researchers continued to reflect on and solve the problems existing in the second round of action research,subliminated from the level of "technology" to the level of "Morality",and created the teaching situation of morality and rule of law through the cooperative performance of teachers and students.In the teaching process,the researchers play the role of teachers' value guidance to students,construct the intelligent classroom,and explore the effective strategy of creating the teaching situation of morality and rule of law course through performance.But there is also the problem of not carefully paying attention to each student and not seriously exploring the potential of each student.Based on three rounds of action research,this study draws the following conclusions: First,in the process of carrying out action research: 1.The teacher is the "practical wisdom" of growth;2.Students are growing "capable scholars";3.The course of morality and rule of law is a constantly optimized "intelligent class".Secondly,when creating the teaching situation of morality and rule of law through performance,we should: 1.reflect the characteristics of The Times;2.Student-centered;3.Connect with the reality of life;4.Combine local resources.Thirdly,the researchers reflect on the three rounds of action research as follows: 1.Action research lacks depth.2.Action research has a smaller impact.At the same time,we reflect on the study of creating teaching situation of morality and rule of law course through performance: 1.The student's overall performance ability is insufficient;2.The principal position of students is not fully respected;3.Not thinking deeply about the negative problems caused by creating the teaching situation of morality and rule of law course through acting.Finally,Based on this study,the researchers obtained the following enlightenment: 1.Action research will never stop--to "practical wisdom";2.Guiding students to learn actively--cultivating "capable scholars";3.Create the teaching situation of morality and rule of law through performance--construct the "intelligent class".
