With the rapid development of mobile internet technology,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology,the arrival of the educational informationization 2.0 era has promoted the deep integration of information technology and education.In the field of higher education,the Ministry of Education initiated the actions of building first-class courses and planned to build 20,000 national and provincial first-class courses by 2022.The development and construction of online and offline blended courses has become the key point of universities’ curriculum reform in the new era.The thesis takes Blended Learning Theory,Connectivism Learning Theory and Education Communication Theory as the theoretical framework,takes the development and construction of online and offline blended courses as the research subjects.The study mainly aims to use the method of literature research and case analysis to find out the basic principles and process of the development and construction of online and offline blended courses.The research questions of the thesis are as follows:(1)What are the design concepts,development principles,construction process and application mode of the online and offline blended course English Testing-(2)Based on the case study of English Testing,what are the design,development construction and application principles of the online and offline blended courses?The analyzation process of the research questions are as follows:First,by using literature research method,the thesis summarizes the general design concepts,development contents,construction process and application modes of the current blended courses;then illustrate the theoretical basis of the development and construction of blended courses.Second,by using case study method,the thesis analyzes the design concepts,development principles,construction process and application mode of blended course English Testing;shares the key links,innovation points,problems and relative solutions during the development and construction process of English Testing.Third,by analyzing the relevant theories,supporting policies and practical experiences of the development and construction of blended courses,the thesis constructed the principle model of the design,development,construction and application of online and offline blended courses.Through the analysis,the main findings of the thesis mainly include:First,the development and construction of the online and offline blended courses should form a systematic and practice-oriented development and construction process,as well as explore its own features based on the characteristics of disciplines.The course constructer should make necessary changes and innovations on the basis of the general guiding principles of the development and construction of blended courses;In addition,the development and construction of blended courses should meet students’learning needs,transform teachers’ roles,update teaching strategies,and use modern educational technology as the means to create a real and personalized learning experience for students through the blended teaching mode of "MOOC+SPOC+flipped class".Second,the development and construction of online and offline blended courses need to uphold the unified curriculum concept,taking "interactive,higher-order and feasibility" as the design concept,taking the "ecological,innovative and generative" as the development principles,taking the "systematicness,challengeable and reflective"as the construction principles,and taking the "process-oriented,challengeable and ecological" as the application principles.On this basis,the development and construction elements of blended courses should be reasonably arranged to guide curriculum practice,and help students achieve the comprehensive improvement of knowledge,capabilities and qualities.By constructing and analyzing the principles and processes of design,development,construction and application of online and offline blended courses,the thesis hopes that it can help the developers create an ideal blended learning environment for students.By transforming teachers’ roles,updating teaching strategies,and using modern teaching model like MOOC+SPOC+flipped class etc.,the thesis hopes that it can help blended course constructors better educate students and make further contributions to the development and construction of blended courses.
