In recent years,our country to accelerate the development of higher education curriculum quality,the Ministry of Education in 2018 "gold lesson construction plan",actively build various disciplines "gold",aims to build "gender once"(high order,innovative,challenge)of high quality courses,cultivate comprehensive ability,comprehensive development of college students.Nowadays,the construction of cultural "golden courses" in higher education is developing vigorously.As an important part of comprehensive education in higher education,its high-quality curriculum construction has not attracted the attention of colleges and universities.At present,the university sports yoga course has the problem of teaching quality and teaching effect,but also many sports course common problems,limit the students’ physical and mental development and the development of comprehensive ability,inhibit the students positive physical attitude,but also hindered the yoga courses and other sports "gold" construction of high quality teaching work.Therefore,this study focuses on the blended online and offline teaching design of college physical yoga courses in the context of "golden courses".Using the literature and data method,Combing and summarizing domestic "golden course","college physical education courses",domestic and foreign "yoga course","online and offline blended teaching","teaching design" and other related documents;Through the questionnaire survey method,To investigate the influence of students’ independent learning ability,cooperation and communication ability,and physical exercise attitude;Using the instructional experimental method,The 60 students of college sports yoga elective course were divided into the online and offline blended teaching experimental group and the traditional teaching control group,10 for a 12-week teaching experiment;Using the mathematical statistics method,To explore the differences between the theoretical and technical achievements of online and offline blended teaching and the ability of yoga routines and traditional teaching in the background of "golden courses".Through induction,reasoning,deduction,analogy and other logical analysis methods,the all kinds of information and statistical results obtained are in-depth analyzed and summarized.In order to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of university physical education yoga courses,it is expected to establish online and offline hybrid "golden courses" to provide relevant theoretical and practical reference for the teaching design and teaching mode reform of other physical education courses.Through questionnaire survey and teaching experiment:(1)Compared with traditional teaching,the online and offline hybrid teaching design of college sports yoga course under the background of "golden class" has a very significant effect on the improvement of students’ yoga theory scores,yoga pose scores and yoga routine creation scores,which can optimize teaching quality,promote teaching efficiency and improve teaching effect.(2)Compared with traditional teaching,the online and offline hybrid teaching design of college sports yoga course under the background of "golden class" can improve students’ autonomous learning ability to a greater extent,enhance students’ awareness of proactively discovering and solving problems in the process of self-study,and help cultivate students’ multiple comprehensive abilities and promote their all-round development.(3)The online and offline blended teaching design of college physical yoga course under the background of "golden courses",compared with traditional teaching,affects students ’behavior attitude and behavior cognition;it can effectively arouse students’ interest in college physical yoga course,subtly change students ’physical exercise attitude,help students to form positive ideology,promote students’ positive behavior,improve cognition of physical exercise,and lay a solid foundation for good teaching effect and lifelong sports consciousness. |
