The column of “thinking and discussion” in senior high school physics textbook is designed to arouse students’ thinking and communication.Thepurpose of this paper is to drive the actioe construction of physical knowledge,cultioate thestudents’ scientific thinking ability and improve scientific research level and practical ability in the process of physical knowledge constrution.However,teachers mainly focus on explanation in this column,leading to the result that the function of this part can’t be developed and utilived effectiuely in senior high school physics teaching.In view of this,the research on the application strategy of the column “thinking and discussion” in senior high school physics testbook is carried out.This paper deeply an alyied the form,and sumed up the common confusion in teaching application.For this confusion,according to the cognitive development theory,theovy of constuctivism,and the high school physics curriculum,combined with the design feayures and teaching functions of this column “thinking and discussion”,strategies of this column.Three application examples are designed to illustrate the specific implementation process of the column application strategy.The practice of using examples is carried out in the NO.1 Middle school in a county,which texted the feasibility and validity of this column’s appication steategy,and fuether modified and improved the qpplication strategy of this column according to the experience of the practical process and the fecdback of the effect.Theapplication strategies of “thinking and discussion”colum in senior high school phyice textbook are problem--precision strategies.methods--gaidance strategies,viewpoints--communication steategies comments--incentiue strategies.Inorder to achieve better teaching results,some suggestions for the application of this column,“thinking and disccussion” are also given.It is expected to provide reference for front tine physics teachers in senior high school to effectioely use this column to assist physics teaching.
