In recent years,national leaders have issued many speeches on ideological and political education and promulgated many documents related to them,showing that the country is paying more and more attention to ideological and political education.The《Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(Trial)》 pointed out that in the teaching process,students’ main participation should be strengthened,teaching should be student-oriented,and students’ participation enthusiasm should be improved,so that students are willing to participate and good at participating under the scientific guidance of teachers.The 《Ethics and Rule of Law》course has a directional role in various courses,and it undertakes the arduous task of shaping correct values for middle school students in the “joint booting stage”.However,due to the physical and mental development of junior high school students,the external environment and other aspects,the teaching effects in different teachers’ classrooms are very different.Some students in the classroom are full of interest,and some students in the classroom are disappointed.Through the researcher’s one-semester teaching practice,the researcher found that the performance of students in Class L in moral and legal classroom participation is different.Therefore,this research will use Lewin’s field theory based on the behavior of students participating in the moral and legal classroom Analyzing the reasons and putting forward suggestions to solve the problem has certain practical significance.On the basis of case study,this study comprehensively uses interview method,observation method,and physical analysis method to conduct in-depth and detailed observation and analysis of the students in Class L of Z Middle School.Through one semester,the researchers learned through observations that the students in Class L did not participate in the ethics and rule of law classroom behavior,mainly including:no textbooks,sleeping,talking,doing homework in other subjects,drawing,passing notes,downloading Chess and so on.Based on the performance of class L students and Lewin’s field theory as the theoretical basis,the main reasons why class L students do not actively participate in the moral and rule of law classes are as follows:(1)Personal internal factors,including insufficient internal needs of students and insufficient internal motivation of students;that is,not knowing why and for whom to learn;(2)Poor environmental factors,which can be divided into three aspects: one is quasi-physical facts,that is,being able to The natural environment that affects students’ classroom behavior and is perceived by students,the second is quasi-social facts,that is,the social environment that can affect students,and the third is quasi-concept facts,that is,the understanding and concept of a certain concept due to different cognitions The meaning itself may be different.Based on the analysis of the reasons that affect the participation of students in Class L,from the perspectives of teachers and students,effective strategies for enhancing the participation of students in Class L in ethics and rule of law are proposed:(1)Optimize personal internal factors,including optimizing students’ internal learning needs and Learning motivation;(2)Optimizing environmental factors,including optimizing quasi-physical facts,quasi-social facts,and quasi-conceptual facts.
