Chinese is an essential subject among those subjects in China,which is closely related to other subjects.Learning Chinese is to lay the foundation for learning other subjects.The study of Chinese knowledge plays a vital role in people's daily communication,thoughts and emotions,aesthetics,and moral qualities.At the same time,the Chinese language course is of extraordinary significance for the inheritance and development of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.Therefore,we can see that the study of Chinese devotes much to students' future growth and development.Chinese teachers play an important role in this,and the level of their teaching ability directly affects the effect of students learning Chinese.Therefore,The research on the teaching ability of Chinese teachers is significant.Based on previous research results,combined with the results of interviews and surveys,this study puts forward the hypothesis of the structure characteristic model of the teaching ability of junior high school Chinese teachers,including "Chinese ability,teaching preparing and designing ability,in-class teaching ability,counseling supervision and assessment ability,teaching research ability" five dimensions.The witer designed a questionnaire based on the assumptions of the structural model,and used AMOS 23 software to test the scientificity of the structural model based on the data collected by the questionnaire,and finally got a formal structural model.After the model is determined,the level and difference of the teaching ability of junior high school Chinese teachers are analyzed.The analysis found that most of the teaching abilities of junior high school Chinese teachers have reached the level of "general" and "compliance".However,within the high-quality education system,there are still gaps in the teaching ability of middle school Chinese teachers,and it is necessary to continuously improve the teaching ability of middle school Chinese teachers.
