The ability of mathematical reading is to promote the high efficiency and high quality of students' mathematical learning.It's the ability of junior high school students read the math materials actively in the process of mathematical learning,carry on the recognition and transformation of languages,and then understand comprehensively.Mathematical reading is from the mathematical texts of the positive and meaningful cognitive psychological process.In the actual teaching process,the ability of mathematical reading is the key to cultivating students' ability of autonomous learning.The main problems of this paper are as follows:(1)Explore the factors of mathematical reading ability structure by factor analysis;(2)Investigate the level of the ability of mathematical reading of junior high school students;(3)To promote students' ability of mathematical reading and learning,provide teachers with teaching strategies of mathematical reading.There are two aspects of the main researches.One aspect is to separate factors out the structure of the ability of mathematical reading.(1)Through the theoretical analysis and discussion of experts,I put forward the basic components of mathematical reading;(2)According to the preliminary proposed components,I compile questionnaire of mathematical reading.And then I choose the small sample to research and revise the questionnaire;(3)The objects are the outstanding junior high school teachers who attended the national training plan;(4)To divide the basic components of mathematical reading ability,I use statistical methods for factor analysis and cluster analysis.The other aspect is the use of the preparation of the "junior high school mathematical reading test questions(open questionnaire)" to study the status of junior high school students' reading.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The structure of mathematics reading ability of junior high school students is composed of seven factors: language recognition,language transformation,language Characterization,information screening,model recognition,logical reasoning and self-management ability.(2)The level of the junior high school students' mathematical reading ability and language recognition,language transformation,language understanding,information screening,model identification,logical reasoning,self-management ability is not high,there are some common problems to solve.(3)The teaching strategies of mathematical reading ability of junior high school students are as follows: pay attention to the improvement of math language ability of junior high school students;emphasize the cultivation of mathematical reading interest of junior high school students;promote the mastery of mathematical reading methods for junior high school students.By the study of the structure of mathematical reading ability,I put forward the concrete measures to improve the mathematical reading ability of junior high school students,and the junior high school teachers can practice under the guidance of theory to improve the mathematical reading ability of junior high school students.
