| The outbreak of the epidemic makes the modern teaching into a "no suspension of classes",at the same time,the teacher’s online teaching ability has a certain test.Therefore,based on the extensive experience of teachers’ online teaching activities during the period of COVID-19,this paper explores the ability elements needed by middle school teachers to carry out online teaching,extracts and summarizes their ability dimensions and ability indicators to construct the structure model of middle school teachers’ online teaching ability,which can help improve teachers’ online teaching ability and enhance their digital literacy.Have certain guidance and reference significance;It is helpful to improve the clarity of professional teachers’ work content and the sound system and management.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of online teaching ability by reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature on online teaching and teaching ability,and combining TPACK theory,teacher professional development theory and self-directed learning ability.Secondly,from the perspective of literature review of teacher competence standards,teacher role positioning,ability structure and model,as well as the collation of structured interview results,this paper summarizes and extracts the ability elements suitable for middle school teachers to carry out online teaching,constructs the dimension index of middle school teachers’ online teaching ability,and design the initial structure model and hypothesis of middle school teachers’ online teaching ability.Then,the online teaching ability measurement scale of middle school teachers was developed and designed,and questionnaires were issued to collect data.The validation factor analysis method of structural equation model was used to test the model,and the validity of the competence model and hypothesis was verified.The online teaching competence model of middle school teachers in this study was determined to be composed of 4 first-level dimensions and 14second-level dimensions: professional literacy,information technology literacy,teaching and research,awareness and attitude.Finally,combined with the ability structure model constructed in this study,the author tries to put forward some suggestions for the improvement and development of middle school teachers’ online teaching ability.The author believes that teachers should make joint efforts to improve their online teaching ability from the three aspects: improving ideology,giving full play to their subjective initiative,strengthening school management services,and improving teacher training mechanism.This study has certain guidance and reference significance for improving the online teaching ability of middle school teachers.It is helpful to improve the clarity of professional teachers’ work content,as well as the sound system and management.It is of great practical significance to evaluate the online teaching ability of middle school teachers,explore effective ways to improve the online teaching ability of middle school teachers,promote the professional development of teachers,enrich and optimize the online learning methods and effects of students.It can not only promote the professional development of teachers,but also enrich and improve the performance management system in the field of modern educational technology. |
