In recent years,the problem of environmental pollution has been paid more and more attention to,and has even become a hot topic in social development.In the face of rising global temperatures,massive emissions of carbon dioxide,and the gradual deterioration of the ecology,people can no longer sit idly by.In order to achieve the sustainable development of mankind and nature,ecological civilization education has been put on the agenda and has become one of the five major contents of moral education in primary and secondary schools in the new era.Low-carbon environmental protection is an important content of ecological civilization education.As a new type of behavior mode,low-carbon environmental protection literacy includes the cognition,emotion and behavior of low-carbon environmental protection.At present,people's understanding of the specific content of low-carbon environmental protection is not very detailed and the low-carbon environmental protection literacy of the general public in contemporary society is generally not high.In previous literature studies,scholars have focused more on the behavior of low-carbon environmental protection itself,and the research objects have focused on the group of college students,and there has been almost no research on other groups of objects.In response to the shortcomings of these studies,the author puts forward a study on low-carbon environmental literacy of junior high school students,and mainly proposes research on the cultivation path of low-carbon environmental literacy from the perspective of school education.The low-carbon environmental protection literacy of junior high school students not only affects their own behavior in environmental protection,but also has a great impact on the low-carbon environmental behavior of the entire society.In order to deeply understand the status quo of junior high school students' low-carbon environmental protection literacy,the author conducted investigations through three channels: literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview.According to the survey results,the low-carbon environmental protection literacy of junior high school students is relatively weak.It is mainly reflected in the inadequate understanding of low-carbon environmental protection by junior high school students,the weak sentiment of low-carbon environmental protection by junior high school students,and the insufficient practice of low-carbon environmental protection by junior high school students in practical actions.Secondly,the author made a detailed analysis of the reasons for the weak low-carbon environmental literacy of junior high school students from the four perspectives of students themselves,low-carbon environmental protection practices,low-carbon environmental protection systems and regulations,and low-carbon environmental protection atmosphere.Finally,from junior high school students to increase their self-recognition and participation in low-carbon environmental protection,formulate policies and systems that promote the development of low-carbon environmental literacy,implement low-carbon environmental protection education through the work of class teachers,take courses as the main body to play the role of the main channel of classroom education,and strengthen low-carbon The construction of environmentally friendly campus culture,family education to guide junior high school students' low-carbon and environmentally friendly lifestyles to cultivate low-carbon environmental literacy of junior high school students.
