With the rapid growth of the demand for study travel,the career of " study travel tutor",which is accompanied by the study travel market,has entered people’s field of vision.As the key to ensure the orderly conduct of study activities and improve the quality of study,the importance of study travel tutor is concerned by the public.At the same time,in order to follow the requirements of comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform to cultivate students’ core literacy,the Ministry of Education issued“the geography curriculum standards for senior high schools(2017 Edition)”,which put forward four core qualities of geography,namely,harmonious view,comprehensive thinking,regional cognition and geographical practice.It aims to make up for the weakness of middle school students’ innovative spirit and practical ability in current education in China.Due to its strong practical,experiential and exploratory characteristics,Study travel is one of the effective ways to cultivate geographical practice.At present,with the rapid development of study travel market in China,how to ensure the order and quality of study travel has become a topic of concern for many researchers.As a link between study travel and students,study travel tutors not only ensure the smooth going of study travel activities,but also shoulder the burden of improving the quality of study travel and cultivating students’ core literacy.Therefore,based on the perspective of geographical practice training,this paper discusses the teaching behavior of study travel tutors in study travel,in order to improve the quality and promote the development of study travel from both theoretical and practical aspects.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,expert consultation,questionnaire survey and interview.First of all,through the literature research method reviews and combs the research results of study travel and geographical practice,and then summarizes and expounds the concept,relationship and research progress of study travel,geographical practical ability and research tutor.Secondly,use the expert consultation method to consult the experts who are engaged in study travel and geography teaching about the questionnaire content and interview outline,and then use the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the study travel tutor’s teaching behavior.Finally,according to the survey results obtained the problems of study travel tutors and the improvement strategies of teaching behavior,and the teaching cases of study travel tutors are designed from the perspective of geographical practice training,in order to provide reference for study travel.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the research background from three aspects: study travel,geographical practice and study travel tutor.Secondly,it expounds the research significance from the aspects of theory and practice.Finally,it combs the research methods and research ideas of the article.The second part is the research summary.Mainly introduces the related concepts of study travel,geographical practice and study travel tutor,and then combs the research status of these three at home and abroad through the method of literature survey,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis for the theme research.The third part is the study travel tutor teaching behavior investigation and result analysis.Mainly through the questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the middle schools and teachers of several schools in Jiangxi Province,to understand the current situation of study travel tutors’ teaching behavior,and to analyze and summarize the survey results.The fourth part is the construction of study travel tutor team and teaching behavior improvement strategy of study travel tutor.Based on the analysis,research,investigation and interview results,this paper finds out the problems existing in the three stages before,during and after the study travel activities of the study travel tutors,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the teaching behavior.The fifth part is the teaching design case of middle school study travel tutor teaching behavior based on the cultivation of geographical practical ability.Taking the Aixi Lake wetland forest park in Jiangxi Province as the research base,the teaching activities of the study travel tutor are designed from the three stages before,during and after the study travel activities,in order to provide practical suggestions for the study travel in the form of cases.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.Combing the full text,summed up the main conclusions of this paper,and put forward the shortcomings of the article in the research,and continue to improve and perfect in the future research and teaching. |
