With the growth of the national economy and the deepening of the concept of quality education,study travel has entered a period of vigorous development.The shortage of study travel tutor needs to be solved urgently,and the training of study travel tutor has become a general trend.Due to the interdisciplinary nature of study travel,the professional requirements for study travel tutor are higher,and the training of study travel tutor will arouse more and more social attention.Training has become one of the ways to quickly train study and study travel tutor,and the establishment of a training evaluation mechanism is of great significance for professional access and quality improvement.Therefore,the importance of training evaluation has become increasingly prominent.Training effect evaluation has become an important reference for optimizing the training system for study travel tutor.Based on the above situation,this study is based on the“Opinions on Promoting Primary and Secondary School Students’ study Trips”(Educational Foundation [2016] No.8),Which is made by National Ministry of Education and the other 10 departments and the “Guidelines for Comprehensive Practical Curriculum in Elementary and Secondary Schools”.“Study Travel Service Specification”(LB/T 054-2016),“Professional Standards for Studying and Study Travel tutor(Elementary and Secondary)”,which is claimed by China Association of Travel Services.This study is based on Kirkpatrick’s four-level training effect evaluation model as the main theoretical basis,And through combing the relevant literature,according to the certainty,appropriateness and multi-dimensional principles of talent evaluation indicators,a participatory training effect evaluation index system for study and study travel tutor is constructed,and the evaluation indicators for study travel tutor are refined.The analytical method assigns values to the obtained indicators.This study uses the method of empirical research,taking city C study travel tutor trainers as the study object,and through questionnaire surveys,sorted out the age,gender,education level,work industry,working years,working years of the trainees participating and numbers of training in this training.The rationality of these indicators was tested among the trainees in combination with the status quo survey,and the training effect of the study travel tutor training class in City C was evaluated.Through this evaluation,it is found that the effect of the participatory training of the study travel tutor is good,and the student satisfaction and the effectiveness of the training are high.However,some problems need to be improved in the follow-up work.This study proposes specific optimizations for the problems:strengthen training content design;take participatory training as the core;promote the transformation of training effect.
