High school students in the new era are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.Ideological and political education is related to the growth of students and the realization of the Chinese dream.Xi Jinping emphasized: “We must persist in taking the morality and cultivating people as the central link,putting ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching,realizing the whole process of educating people and all-round education.Other courses must be well maintained to make all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses in the same direction,forming a synergistic effect." Ordinary high school ideological and political curriculum standards(2017 edition revised in 2020)also clearly stated: “High school ideological and political courses should adhere to the teaching of other subjects in high schools”.Mutual cooperation produces synergy and forms a teaching force.These important expositions point out the direction for the collaborative teaching of disciplines in the ideological and political education of senior high schools.Therefore,under the background of the new curriculum reform,subject collaborative teaching is an effective way of ideological and political education in the new era.Introduce the collaborative teaching method of disciplines into the high school ideological and political education work and coordinate the teaching elements of various disciplines in the high school to cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and art,which can maximize the effect of morality.This research is based on the necessity,feasibility and ought status of subject collaborative teaching in high school ideological and political education,taking high school students and teachers from many middle schools in Guangzhou and Heyuan as examples to investigate and analyze the current ideological and political education process in high schools,also the status quo of collaborative teaching of subjects in middle schools and subjects,in order to explore the perfect measures of collaborative teaching in subjects in ideological and political education in senior middle schools.This article includes the following four parts:The first chapter,introduction,mainly analyzes the basis of the topic selection,combs the research status of collaborative teaching of disciplines at home and abroad,expounds the research ideas and methods,research significance and innovation,and discusses the collaborative teaching of disciplines and the ideological politics of disciplines.The meaning of education is defined and analyzed.The second chapter is about the necessity and feasibility of collaborative teaching in ideological and political education in high school.The necessity of cooperative teaching in senior ideological and political education includes: meeting the requirements of the new curriculum standard and solving the problems of ideological and political education.Then it analyzes the feasibility of subject collaborative teaching in high school ideological and political education: it has a theoretical basis and a practical basis at the same time.The third chapter is about the expected form and status quo of the synergy of ideological and political education disciplines in high school.First of all,it analyzes the expected form of ideological and political education discipline collaboration in high school,subject teachers actively participate,and the teacher team cooperates at all levels;the subject teaching content is complementary,and the teaching content is all-rounded;the subject practice teaching is interactively supported,and the practice teaching is coordinated in all directions;The subject teaching platform is open and shared,and the teaching field is fully coordinated.Then,taking the high school students and teachers of some middle schools in Guangzhou and Heyuan as examples,through questionnaires and interviews,we investigate the current situation of collaborative teaching in high school ideological and political education,analyze the current experience and shortcomings,and explore the existing shortcomings.s reason.The fourth chapter,measures to improve the collaborative teaching of in ideological and political education in high schools.First,improve teachers' collaborative education literacy and form a multi-party teaching team.It is necessary to strengthen the concept of teachers' collaborative education,encourage teachers to explore diverse collaborative teaching models,and develop mechanisms to improve teachers' collaborative teaching ability;second,explore various disciplines Educate people,build a classroom teaching system with collaborative content,including building a classroom teaching system with different curriculum content in high school politics,building a classroom teaching system with different curriculum content in high school,and building a complete information classroom teaching content system;third,reconstruct the practical teaching design,and build a multi-directional cooperative practical teaching system,including the integration of mutually
