Rural revitalization depends on human resource development,and education is a direct method of rural revitalization and human resource development.With the introduction of the regional revitalization plan,the revitalization of local education has become an unavoidable trend with the development of the times.Rural teachers are an important factor in the development of rural education,and how to build a team of rural teachers and improve the quality of rural teachers is a hot topic in current rural education research.It has become.Famous rural teacher studios are an effective strategy and innovative way to solve this problem.There are many studies on well-known instructor studios in academia,but few focus on well-known rural instructor studios.The only related research focuses primarily on the construction and development of well-known rural instructor studios and the effectiveness of their activities.The purpose of this study is to further expand the research content and scope of famous rural teacher studios by studying the operating mechanism of famous local teacher studios.The survey is conducted in a case study format,mainly in the case of his 9-year rural school in Chifeng,Inner Mongolia.Through interviews and observations,understand the process of first establishing a rural teacher studio in H Rural School and track its operation and development process.Based on interview data,we investigated the operational mechanisms of well-known rural teacher studios,in combination with the theoretical foundations of learning organizations and teachers’ professional development.Firstly,the main reason why I became able to do research is that the studio of a famous country teacher was born at H school.On the other hand,the birth of the famous rural teacher studio is inseparable from the background factors of location and school.On the other hand,there is a unique opportunity for a prestigious local teacher’s workshop to be born in a local school,mainly due to the influence of the external environment and the promotion of domestic demand.Under a combination of chance and inevitability,a well-known local teacher studio was established on the basis of preliminary preparations.Secondly,the operating modes of the famous country teacher’s studio are an important basis for normal operation.Based on Peter Senge’s five "practice" perspectives,combined with the actual development of a well-known rural teacher studio,"five stages"-self-transcendence,mental model change,common vision,team learning,Can be concluded as a systematic way of thinking.The conclusion is that it takes the "five stages"-self-transcendence,change of mental model,common vision,team learning,and system thinking as the appearance,and the "three forces"-cohesion,driving force,and binding force as the core operating mode Based on the operation form of the famous country master workshop,it can be concluded that it is the three major values of tooling,knowledge,and system,and it can be said that the significance of the existence of the famous country master workshop is greatly shown.Finally,the development process from preparation,establishment and operation of the rural master studio was not smooth.Famous rural teacher studios are still facing the inherent flaws in the studio’s mechanical structure,acquired labor shortages,and weakening of the studio itself,and the main reasons for failing to achieve the expected results are rural schools.,In a rural teacher.The policy is summarized in three aspects by him.Development of Famous Rural Teacher Studios Based on an analysis of problems and causes,the support strategy of famous rural teacher studios consists mainly of four aspects: educational authorities,social organizations,rural schools,and the development of the studio itself.
