Research On Risk Management Of Clean Government In Basic Construction Of Colleges And Universities Based On Hall's Three-dimensional Structure Theory

With the rapid development of higher education in our country,while the capital construction of colleges and universities has made great progress,it is inevitable that some problems of clean government have appeared.The corruption incidents in the construction of colleges and universities that have been reported from time to time have seriously damaged the social image of colleges and universities,and restricts the healthy development of the university to a great extent.At present,the research on the risk management of capital construction clean government in colleges and universities in our country is not enough,the degree of attention needs to be strengthened,the relevant system also needs to be further improved,and the situation is very severe.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the risk management of capital construction clean government in colleges and universities.This thesis first analyzes the concept and characteristics of capital construction in colleges and universities,summarizes the main connotation and composition of the risk of clean government of capital construction in colleges and universities,and expounds the basic theories of risk management theory and Hall three-dimensional structure theory.Secondly,Hall's three-dimensional structure theory is integrated with the research on the risk management of clean government in university capital construction.According to each high-risk stage in the whole life cycle of university capital construction,relevant disciplinary knowledge and professional methods are used to identify,evaluate and control the risks of clean government,and the corresponding three dimensions are sorted out from the time sequence,logical steps and knowledge methods,constructing the risk management model of capital construction clean government in colleges and universities,making a more systematic study on the risk management of capital construction clean government in colleges and universities,and making a valuable exploration on the application of Hall three-dimensional structure theory in the risk management of capital construction clean government in colleges and universities.Finally,combined with the actual cases of L colleges and universities,the theory is applied to practice,the construction of its new dormitory building is managed with clean government risk,the applicability and extensibility of the research results are verified,and effective suggestions are put forward.To provide valuable reference for the risk management of capital construction in colleges and universities.
