This paper takes Shenyang city as a case to compare the operating status of Wushu halls and Tae Kwon Do halls from the theoretical level. This paper aims to find the management differences through general analysis and learn the successful management methods of Tae Kwon Do halls to develop the management of Wushu halls, exploring the advantages, the disadvantages, the opportunities and operating countermeasures of Wushu halls in order to improve the manage status of Wushu halls and promot the process of traditional sports industry in Shenyang. This paper also provided new ideas for traditional sports development and offered some suggestions for its reform.This study uses literature method, expert questionnaire survey method, questionnaire, interview, market research method, logic analysis, mathematical statistics, and SWOT analysis method to study the operating status of Wushu hall and Tae Kwon Do hall in Shenyang. This paper analyzes the differences in business model, business philosophy, management characteristics, mode of operation, and business strategy to explore the business solutions of Wushu hall in the market economy.It is found from the study that there are significant differences in the number of Wushu hall and Tae Kwon Do hall. The organizational management of Wushu hall and Tae Kwon Do hall is not perfect, but Tae Kwon Do hall is better than Wushu hall in System Construction; both are more consistent in operation principle; the mode of operation of Wushu hall is more single than Taekwondo hall; the operating strategies are quite different between Wushu hall and Taekwondo hall, the brand strategy of Wushu hall is not obvious, the form of media mix strategy is single, end-packaging strategy of Wushu hall is imperfect. although Wushu hall could meet the needs of existing customers, it should improve the quality of services to expand the market.The main strategies are: the operators of Wushu hall should learn more about the management theory and gradually perfect the Wushu hall structure, reform qualification examination of Wushu coaches, enrich cultural connotations and establish brand, step up publicity by allocating rationally advertising investment and combining application of a variety of publicity-forms, strengthen the internal packaging of the hall to create Wushu atmosphere, make full use of the advantages of Shenyang Physical media to display the charm of Wushu, strive to improve efficiency of Wushu hall and expand market share through the market operation.
