The Confucian ritual culture,as a major representation of Chinese traditional culture,is the ethical code of behaving in the world,and the spiritual core of Chinese traditional virtue culture.The value of educating people lies in forging personal character,cultivating social ethics,and laying a foundation for strengthening personal moral self-discipline and self-consciousness.Junior high school students are in a critical period of shaping their values and cultivating a sound personality.The positive development of their ideological conduct is closely related to the progress of the country and the revitalization of the nation.The junior high school morality and rule of law course is a comprehensive course based on the life of junior high school students,with the fundamental purpose of guiding and promoting the development of students’ ideological and moral character.It is the main channel for disseminating culture and educating people,and integrates Confucian etiquette culture into ideology and politics.Classroom teaching not only helps to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,promotes the construction of a cultural power and the construction of a harmonious society,but also improves the effectiveness of educating people with the unity of knowledge and practice,and promotes the development of junior high school students’ thoughts and behaviors.The full text uses research methods such as social investigation method and literature research method,and through a typical case investigation of Confucian ritual culture education carried out by R school in Nanning,Guangxi,systematically analyzes the school’s main effects and practical difficulties,and discusses how Confucian ritual culture can be effectively integrated into junior high schools."Ethics and the rule of law" classroom teaching countermeasures.The full text is composed of four parts.The first part discusses the reasons for the topic selection and research significance,the definition of core concepts,research methods and frameworks,important and difficult points and innovations.The second part explores the necessity and possibility of integrating Confucian etiquette culture into the junior middle school "morality and rule of law" class.The third part takes the R school in Nanning,Guangxi as a case to summarize the current status and effectiveness of the Confucian ritual culture in the classroom teaching of "ethics and rule of law".The fourth part analyzes the practical problems and causes of the integration of Confucian etiquette culture into the junior middle school "morality and rule of law" class.Based on the real dilemma,the fifth part attempts to organically combine the three links of integration,embodied integration,and flexible integration to explore the path selection of integration,in order to effectively integrate Confucian etiquette culture into the classroom teaching of "morality and rule of law".
