The release of "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition2020 Revision)" marks the official start of a new era of basic chemistry education reform oriented towards the core literacy of chemistry disciplines. This article proposes the organic integration of online and offline teaching using learning plans and micro-lectures in the third-year chemistry learning stage. It is hoped that the online and offline teaching strategy of "learning plan and micro-lecture" can optimize junior middle school chemistry teaching. The thesis uses literature research, questionnaire survey, case practice and other methods to achieve an organic integration of online and offline, combining learning plans,micro-lecture and classroom teaching. Before class, upload learning plans,micro-lectures,and interactive courseware to the student group through online platforms such as Tencent Classroom and Rain Classroom,so that students are familiar with the important and difficult points. In the class, mainly based on experimental inquiry and the STS teaching orientation, teachers take the problems on the learning plan as the main line to conduct offline classroom teaching, highlight the key points and break through the difficulties. After class, students use micro-lectures to review and learn from the past, and use interactive courseware to review, check, and fill vacancies. Two classes with no significant difference in performance are selected for case practice. The experimental class adopts the online and offline teaching of “learning plan and micro-lecture”,and the control class adopts traditional teaching methods. After the practice, the teaching effect of the experimental class and the control class will be inspected through performance analysis, questionnaire survey, and classroom performance evaluation. The results show that:(1)The teaching strategy has improved students' interest in learning chemistry, classroom participation, and enthusiasm for answering questions, and achieved the expected purpose;(2)The use of learning plans and micro-lectures makes students' preview more targeted, clears the key points and difficulties of the preview and provides more opportunities and internalization time for students' learning. It really plays the role of offline attachment to online and online assisting offline;(3)Because online learning is not limited by time and space, students can make full use of fragmented time to learn and improve learning efficiency;(4)The organic integration of online and offline teaching through “learning plan and micro-lecture” can cultivate students' independent learning ability, develop better learning habits, and promote the cultivation of students' core literacy;(5)With the implementation of teaching strategies, students have more auxiliary learning resources for preview and review, making learning easier and more efficient. At the same time, teachers can also improve their own teaching design and teaching research capabilities.Due to the limitations of the author's research ability and research time, there are still many shortcomings in learning plan writing,micro-lecture recording and interactive courseware production. In the follow-up work, the learning plans,micro-lectures and interactive courseware in junior high school chemistry teaching will be continuously enriched and improved to further improve the effectiveness of online and offline organic integration in junior high school chemistry teaching. If there is a sudden public event(such as the COVID-19),teachers will also have sufficient teaching resources to meet the needs of online teaching.
