With the gradual advances of educational informationization, education in China brings a combined evolution in both of theory and technology. A series of new terms frequently appear in various media, such as "micro-lecture", "MOOC", "flipped classroom",etc.As a new learning resources to emerge, " Micro-lecture" features "short", "small", "fine", and "precise" information. Its utilization can meet a variety of personalized learning such as mobile learning, blended learning, fragmentation learning. Its research has become a hot spot of education.This paper exclusively explains the concept of "micro-lecture", "MOOC ", "flipped classroom" and their relationship first. Then it focuses on the educational theories behind the micro-lecture, and discusses the design, preparation and evaluation of micro-lecture. Finally, taking the experiment of "catalytic oxidation of ethanol" as a micro-lecture example, the author tries to build a micro-lecture video, apply the video of the microlecture to classroom instruction, and survey students' responses and altitudes to the microlecture through the questionnaire.This paper theoretically and experimentally discusses microlectures, hoping to provide some reference for teachers and researchers to develop micro-lecture programs. |
