Premier li keqiang mentioned the plan of Internet plus on March 5, 2015 in his government work report. That suggests that the "Internet plus" has been raised to the national strategic height. Ma Huateng explained, "Internet plus" is through the Internet, using the information communication technology, to combine the Internet with the varieties of the business, including the traditional business to create a new field. So what about our education? When the Internet plus education, what can we do in our teaching reform?With the coming of the information period, the Internet communication technologies are being developed rapidly and the micro has become a beginning attributive to defined some nouns, such as micro blog, micro film, micro chat, micro business etc. Education is also faced to be "micro". Micro-lectures are teaching videos which are short and wonderful and are affecting the form and developing trend. They are changing into new teaching resources of the education teaching reform in our country. Now micro-lectures often appear and grow gradually in online education. Although micro-lectured are developed fast in online education in our country, micro-lectures are still novelty. This paper will focus micro-lecture circle is applied in the teaching of the secondary vocational computer courses under the Internet plus the education field to research the benefit of micro-lecture.In this paper, there are some methods are used, such as documents research method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and so on. According to the learning characteristics of the secondary vocational students’ and the teaching characteristics, this paper analyzed that micro-lecture circle was applied in secondary vocational "computer application foundation" and drew the conclusion: To apply micro-lectures to secondary vocational computer teaching will be able to take the student as the major, teach students according to their aptitude, cultivate students to learn autonomously, improve students’ ability of team cooperation. The building of the micro-lecture circle is necessary because secondary vocational courses are practical and can let the user get quick results.The paper discussed and explored the ideas, skills and problems in the practice of the micro-lectures in the secondary vocational computer application foundation, and there must be some limitations and disadvantages which need to be further studied and improved.
