Junior high school students are faced with a lot of psychological pressure, the main pressure comes from their studies. They are in the golden period of their growth. How about the self-regulation ability and family learning support of junior high school students, and what is the relationship between the above three variables? It is worth our further exploration. In this study, five junior middle school students of three grades in Mudanjiang city are taken as the research objects, and a questionnaire survey is conducted by means of random sampling. The questionnaires were Chen Quanhong's Self-regulated Learning Status Questionnaire for middle school students,He Hualing's learning support questionnaire for parents of middle school students and Chen Xu's learning stressor scale for middle school students(SSS).SPSS17.0 was used to process the data1.The self-regulation ability of junior high school students is in the upper middle level, and the overall situation is good. There are significant differences in grade, achievement level, education level of parents, source of students, and whether they are only children;there is no significant difference in gender.2.Junior high school students' family learning support shows a medium to high level, and the overall situation is good. There are significant differences in grade, gender, achievement level, education level of parents, source of students and whether they are only children.3.The overall level of junior high school students' academic pressure is in the lower middle level, and the overall situation is good. There are significant differences in achievement level, parents' education level, students' source, whether they are the only child or not;there are no significant differences in grade and gender.4.The total score of self-regulation ability of junior high school students is positively correlated with the total score of family learning support, and the total score of family learning support is positively correlated with the total score of academic stressors(because the scoring method of the questionnaire of middle school students' academic stressors in this study is that the higher the score, the less the pressure,so the actual relationship is negative correlation).5.The results of intermediary analysis show that family learning support plays a part of intermediary role between self-regulation and academic stressors.
