In order to fully understand Junior Middle School Students’ Academic Burnout and Its Relationship with Academic Stress and Academic Self.This study selected two junior high school of Lanzhou city, gansu province as a sample. Using question-naire survey for research.For two sample school students’ academic pressure, understand the present situation and problems of academic self and academic burnout. And from the basic situation, the relevant regression, mediation effect, relational model analysis, this paper discusses four aspects. The following conclusions:1. Junior middle school students academic stress mean belongs to medium level, but 29.4% of the students’ academic pressure, including student achievement target pressure and the pressure of competition. Junior middle school students’ academic self mean belongs to medium level, but low academic self-handicapping students accounted for 21% of the total, including academic overall low self-control ability consciousness and academic behavior. Junior middle school students’ average academic burnout at lower levels, but 10.1% of the students is a clear academic burnout.2. Junior middle school students’ academic stress and academic burnout is very significant positive correlation. Academic self besides academic achievement value the rest of the dimensions and the total score and academic pressure is significant negative correlation. Academic self and academic burnout is significant negative correlation. The students with high academic pressures present high school burnout; The students with high academic self reflects low academic burnout.3. Academic pressure in the pressure of competition and learning efficiency has positive prediction function on academic burnout.Academic emotional experience in academic self, academic ability consciousness and value of academic achievement of academic stress scores have negative prediction function. Academic self, academic emotional experience and academic achievement value have negative prediction function on academic burnout scores.4. Junior middle school students’ academic stress can be academic emotional experience, the mediation effect of the value of academic achievement and academic burnout indirect contact. The competition pressure, the learning efficiency can be respectively through academic emotional experience, the mediation effect of the value of academic achievement and academic burnout indirect contact.5. Junior middle school students’ academic stress, academic self and academic burnout relations can establish a good model fitting.Based on the above conclusions, the countermeasures suggestion are given:Relieve stress: Set up reasonable learning goals; Create a healthy moderate competition environment; Improving the learning efficiency; Respect the students. Enhance academic self: Improve students’ academic emotional experience; Let the students gain academic achievement; To improve students’ academic ability of consciousness; To strengthen the students’ academic behavior control. Eliminate the academic burnout: the importance of mental health; Harmonious interpersonal relationship; To strengthen physical exercise; Into the nature.
