In classroom teaching,dialogue is everywhere and happens all the time.The dialogue among teachers,students and teaching environment becomes the main factor to promote the development of classroom teaching process.However,looking at the current situation of education,the effect of conversational teaching in the actual classroom teaching is not satisfactory.In the class of ideological and political dialogue teaching in high school,the phenomenon of teachers "speaking alone",students "aphasia" and classroom atmosphere "silence" frequently appears.In this context,the author through literature research,questionnaire investigation,interviews and classroom observation,in-depth study of ideological and political class teaching line,understand the dialogue type teaching in Xining city in Qinghai province high school ideological and political class the application of the status quo,analysis and finishing dialogue type teaching in the high school ideological and political problems stand out in the classroom,and then from three aspects: teacher,student,teaching environment check,put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.The aim is to improve the effectiveness of dialogue teaching in high school ideological and political classroom teaching,and improve students' enthusiasm to participate in the teaching process and self-learning.The paper mainly includes six parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and the main innovation points.The second part is the related overview of conversational teaching.On the basis of combining the previous research results,the connotation,characteristics and types of conversational teaching are clarified,and the feasibility and significance of applying conversational teaching to high school ideological and political class are analyzed according to the needs of The Times,curriculum standards and the needs of student development.The third part is the Qinghai province Xining H high school and F high school dialogue type teaching in high school thought political lesson the present situation of the application of special investigation,according to the feedback of questionnaire investigation,interview and classroom observation and analysis,understand the dialogue type teaching in high school thought political lesson the application present situation;The fourth part from three levels of teachers,students and teaching environment for the use of dialogue teaching in high school ideological and political class problems and reasons for the analysis of a deeper level in the use of dialogue teaching in high school ideological and political class problems and causes;The fifth part is based on the analysis of the problems and the causes of the dialogue teaching in the high school ideological and political lessons,the remedy to the case,put forward the corresponding improvement strategies;The sixth part is the example application of dialogue teaching in high school ideological and political lessons.Through the example of "the diversity of world culture" to demonstrate the effectiveness of the optimized dialogue teaching strategy in high school ideological and political class.
