| In the 2020 s,China's basic education is still a long way to improve and reform.After the ministry of education,PRC promulgated the new curriculum standards for physical education and health in ordinary high schools(2017 edition)(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standards),the whole country immediately began to implement the physical education curriculum based on the new curriculum standards.The new curriculum standard requires high schools across the country to develop students' core qualities.Since the promulgation of the new curriculum standard more than 3 years ago,teachers' training has been actively carried out both online and offline in China.When we see the brilliant achievements,we cannot ignore the problems and challenges behind.But now,to what extent have we implemented the new curriculum standards?What do teachers and students know about the new curriculum standards?Does the new curriculum standard still have shortcomings?This paper uses the method of literature and questionnaire to investigate the basic situation of the provincial key high schools in Harbin and the implementation status of the PE and health curriculum standards in the provincial key high schools in Harbin.Through mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the implementation of the curriculum nature and basic concept,the core accomplishment of the discipline and the curriculum goal,the curriculum structure,the curriculum content and the academic quality of the provincial key high schools in Harbin.By using SPSS25.0 software to analyze the data of the questionnaire,the following main conclusions are drawn:1.School leaders,PE teachers and students of the provincial key high schools in Harbin all agree with the new curriculum standards,which will be very conducive to the further implementation of the new curriculum standards.But the understanding is not comprehensive and needs to be further strengthened.The overall situation of the provincial key high schools in Harbin is consistent.Old teachers,male teachers in the majority.2.Less extracurricular sports and less time.Lack of teachers' guidance,professional is not strong.In terms of teaching objectives,some schools did not carry out the requirements of the new curriculum standards and formulated the latest curriculum objectives as required.The existing teaching objectives can not meet the new curriculum standard from three aspects of sports skills,health behavior,sports moral character to train students with the core quality of the subject.There is not enough variety of courses and few courses.3.Lack of curriculum structure and unreasonable design.The theoretical courses are not closely connected with practical teaching,and the curriculum arrangement lacks flexibility,which ignores the actual situation of students.4.The course content is mainly about traditional track and field and skating.There is a lack of physical modules,and there is little new content to cover.The content of the curriculum is mainly based on the school arrangement,regional and seasonal characteristics,which is very detrimental to students' learning interest in physical education.5.Learning evaluation method focuses on qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation;The evaluation content emphasizes on sports ability;The evaluation method is mainly teacher evaluation. |
