Home-school cooperation refers to that teachers and parents,to promoting students' comprehensive quality development,put all their efforts to their educational advantages through diversified cooperation methods such as active communication and innovative exchange,so as to produce mutually complementary and win-win cooperation results.In these days,changes revealed in way of home-school cooperation,but the main body,teachers and parents,with their own different educational ideas are often standing in unequal positions,which leads to less conducive and smooth progress to home-school cooperation.This paper focuses on analyzing the present situation of the elementary school parent-school cooperative situation,gives the corresponding improvement strategy to the existing problems through summarizing the existing research results.Chosen 120 teachers and 433 parents in L province as the research object.Use questionnaire survey as the main method and combined with interviews to reveal and study their understanding,cooperation content,cooperation methods in home-school cooperation.The result shows that both parents and teachers have an urgent need for the development of home-school cooperation,with a number of problems appeared in.First,parents do not have enough understanding of home-school cooperation,do not realize their rights and obligations in home-school cooperation,relying too much on teachers.Teachers on the other hand,are confident and didn't think enough of the important role of parents in the cooperation.At the same time,many parents valuing intelligence over morality.Limited to their time budget and their own educational level,they do not participate in school activities or just passively participate in school activities.In addition,there is a lag between the two-way communication between teachers and parents.The survey shows that communication between teachers and parents are lagged even several days on issues occurrence related to students.Finally,due to the incomplete of home-school cooperation system,school activities nowadays have the characters of arbitrary and unscheduled.In case of the mentioned points,the following improvement strategies are explained tin this study proposes.Firstly,to enhance the cognition of parents and teachers on home-school cooperation,and to improve teachers' educational skills and attitude in family education as well,improve them.For parents,through the relevant training,help them establish the correct education concept,grasp the corresponding education skills.Secondly,enhance the during the construction of home-school cooperation,introduce the corresponding system to guarantee the development of the activities of home-school cooperation,use parent committees as supervision,not only to ensure the normal development of school activities,but also actively evolve parents to fulfillment their obligations.Finally,schools should build a corresponding network platform to upload the school's educational philosophy and students' growth history in real time,which can also serve as a communication platform to make the home-school cooperation more visible and diversified.
