Due to the continuous updating of the new curriculum standards,the contents and methods of education show a trend of diversification.The curriculum at the national level is no longer just all the contents of school education.With the establishment of the three-level curriculum system and the implementation of the new curriculum reform in China,the development and research of school-based curriculum have been continuously moving to a deeper level,and the curriculum resources of various disciplines and categories based on school-based curriculum have been continuously studied and developed.In the school-based curriculum development system,the development of music school-based curriculum is a unique and important part.As an important part of basic music education,primary school music education is an important carrier of school-based curriculum development.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction mainly includes the background,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,research characteristics and innovation.The first chapter discusses the theory of school-based curriculum development,including the definition of school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum development and music school-based curriculum and the theoretical basis of this article.The second chapter of Xining City S primary school and H primary school music school-based curriculum implementation present situation investigation and analysis,including the investigation object,investigation methods and tools,questionnaire design,questionnaire reliability and the results of the investigation and analysis.The third chapter is the case of music school-based curriculum in S primary school and H primary school in Xining City.The analysis of the development steps of school-based curriculum is the scenario analysis,goal setting,specific curriculum implementation cases and curriculum evaluation of music school-based development,which provides the basis for teaching practice.The fourth chapter makes a more in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the development and implementation of school-based music curriculum in Xining from the three levels of schools,teachers and students.The fifth chapter puts forward reasonable suggestions on the development and implementation of school-based curriculum of primary school music in Xining from the school level,teacher level and student level.
