Status quoof teachers' ethics is left far back by the steps of times. Education Department has justissued Suggestions on More Strengthening and Improving Teachers' Ethics, which putforward that the construction of teachers' ethics should center on love and duty, andplace them on the first of all, considering the features of teachers' ethics of nowadays.Analyzing the Status quo of teachers' ethics in the primary schools in Yanbian district,this paper gives counsel for the practicing teachers' ethics, buildups the actual effects,and improves general diathesis. Which boosts the development of round education.This paper summarizes the features of teachers' ethics, with the deepunderstanding the concept of teacher's ethics, and expatiates the demands by newtimes, and illuminates the relationship between teachers' ethics and round education,which part put theoretical base for analysis.This paper through the questionnaire,appeal to the higher authorities for help,problems informed and interviewing some headmasters of primary schools and middleschools, this paper summarizes the Status quo of teachers' ethics of Yanbian district,which should be understood as upward mainstream and existing problems as well. Itsums up from four aspects.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems put forward in chapter threefrom the perspective of society,school and teachers.This paper brings out strategies for the problems, that is, human-oriented spirit of teachers' ethics. That means construct theoretical base, build regular rules, practice itwith the cooperation of leaders and teachers, and try to consolidate good resultsthrough appraise.
