With the continuous advancement of the process of urban and rural integration,the development of rural compulsory education has gradually entered the research field of vision.Rural teachers are the decisive factor in improving the level of rural education,and they are the starting point and goal of studying all rural education issues.As aborigines among the rural teachers,the “original” aging teacher group has always been in a weak position in education research,and the identity of the “main force” has not been demonstrated,making a major advantage in the development of rural education gradually lost.ignore.Therefore,it is an important issue to study rural education to understand the living conditions of rural“original” elderly teachers and improve their quality of life.The thesis adopts a qualitative research method,through the tracking of the personal life of an “original” aging teacher,supplemented by the literature research method,in-depth interview method,observation method,and narrative research method to collect original data,and carry out three aspects of the original data.Level code landing,and then plan a new route to improve the living conditions of elderly teachers.The thesis is mainly divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the field definition of the “primitive” elderly teachers,mainly introducing the design and thinking of the research,the selection of research objects and the research process;the second chapter is the “primitive” elderly teachers Monologue,through interviews with research objects,summarizes the four aspects of the living conditions of the elderly teachers;Chapter 3 is an in-depth description of the living conditions of the “original”elderly teachers,through students,colleagues,leaders,family members and researchers and other “others” supplement to their living conditions;Chapter 4 is to construct a new type of living condition of the “original” aging teachers.This chapter highly summarizes and analyzes the two manifestations of the living conditions and survival dilemmas of aging teachers through grounded theory.It is proposed that the new living state of aging teachers is toward a stable dwelling.The study found that the survival status of rural “original” elderly teachers is mainly reflected in four aspects,namely,the material state of survival,the physical and mental state of survival,the state of professional development of survival,and the state of interpersonal relationships.The state of survival is different.Based on the grounded theory,it is concluded that the living conditions of the elderly teachers show two different forms,positive and negative,and there are four survival dilemmas corresponding to the four aspects of the living conditions,and the legitimate needs and correctness of the elderly teachers are respected and satisfied.Understanding the value of the existence of aging teachers and promoting their personal awakening are reasonable paths for aging teachers to live in stability.This research takes rural “original” aging teachers as the research object,and aims to improve their survival dilemma through understanding and analysis of their living conditions,thereby improving the level of rural teaching and stabilizing the team of rural teachers,with a view to contributing to the development of rural compulsory education.Helped.
