Study travel is an effective way to change the way of high school education and implement quality education.It can make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching system,form a teaching system centered on students,experience and activities,enable students to construct their own knowledge in practice,and cultivate their own innovation and practical ability.The history study travel can stimulate students’ interest in study,cultivate their thinking of history and the core accomplishment of history.The integration of history study travel and history teaching and the application of pictures,pictures,films and cases in history classroom teaching can enrich the forms of classroom teaching and realize the integration of teaching inside and outside the classroom.This paper studies the concept of the study travel and history study travel,theory on the basis of the new three dilemma and the theory of constructivism,and from the high school education mode and social function of education,history resources and the development of comprehensive practice activity discussed history study travel’s necessity and feasibility of the application in the high school history teaching.With the interview outline and questionnaire as the research tools by random sampling method,this paper investigates the application status of history study travel in high school history teaching in Pingdingshan region from three aspects: the implementation of historyl study travel,the teaching design of history study travel and the application of history study travel in high school history teaching.According to the investigation results,the paper analyzes the present situation,finds out the problems existing in the application of history study travel in high school history teaching in Pingdingshan area,and puts forward some countermeasures.The case part takes Ruzhou Foreign Language High School,Ru porcelain town,Hongbao Ru porcelain research base as examples to carry out the case design.Through the investigation of pingdingshan area,it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of history study travel,such as not bringing study travel into school education plan,and not enough development and utilization of local resources.In terms of teaching design of history study travel,the teaching objectives and teaching evaluation are not thoroughly understood,and the teaching design is not standardized enough.As for theapplication of history study travel in high school history teaching,history study travel is not closely combined with high school history curriculum and classroom teaching process.The senior high school stage connects the junior high school and the university,which plays a connecting role and is closely related to the individual development of students and the improvement of national quality.The history discipline has unique advantages in the study of scientific research.Under the background of study travel,the combination of study travel and subject teaching is one of the main development directions of current senior high school teaching.The combination of the two can realize comprehensive education and promote the all-round development of students.At present,the study travel is still in the development stage,and the application of history study travel in senior high school history teaching still needs to be further studied.
