The prose has a wide range of topics,free structure,natural and sincere language,and focuses on expressing the author’s life feelings and sincere emotions.Many middle school Chinese textbooks have selected a lot of essays that are both qualitative and beautiful,and strive to allow students to learn some skills in essay layout,while accumulating unique life perceptions and accepting the influence of beauty.Judging from the specific requirements of the new curriculum standards for middle school students in reading and writing,prose teaching is essential.However,due to the lack of deep experience and inadequate literary appreciation ability,junior high school students have limited understanding of the language characteristics,essay layout,and deep artistic conception of prose.Prose teaching has become a difficult point in junior middle school Chinese teaching.Group reading is a reading teaching model that advocates reading multiple texts and focuses on the meaning construction of students in the process of reading multiple articles.Applying group reading to junior middle school prose teaching can combine multiple prose texts based on topics such as expression,language characteristics,humanistic spirit;open texts on the basis of topic penetration,internal relevance,and based on academic conditions;design comparative,migratory,conflicting issues;rationally choose classroom paradigms such as multiple articles,group readings,and group sharing;create situations,grasp issues,find the core details of group writing,and integrate them in collective construction Students’ wisdom;and in the process of reaching consensus,awaken students’ aesthetic experience in prose expression,language and artistic conception.This prose teaching method helps junior high school students to pay attention to the personality characteristics of prose,improve students ’prose reading volume and reading ability;help teachers actively develop prose teaching resources and enhance teachers’ professional growth.In practice,teachers should also pay attention to issues such as the timing of group reading,the combination of prose reading and writing,and the relationship between group reading teaching and conventional teaching.Through application research,I hope to improve the teaching of group reading in junior middle school prose,provide new teaching ideas for junior middle school prose teaching,help students to better appreciate the language and expression of prose,appreciate their deep artistic conception,and promote the improvement of students’ prose reading ability.
