There are rich gender culture in Chinese textbooks,which reflects the explicit or implicit gender value orientation.The gender value orientation in Chinese textbooks refers to the tendentious behavior orientation of the gender characters in Chinese textbooks,which is used to realize the values and goals pursued and yearned for by Chinese subjects.The gender value orientation in Chinese textbooks will have an important impact on the construction of students' correct gender view and the formation of objective gender role expectation,and play a certain role in promoting the presentation of gender equity education view.With the development of society and the progress of ideas,different versions of Chinese textbooks present different gender value orientations.Therefore,in-depth analysis and comparative study on the similarities and differences of gender value orientations in 2001's people's Education Edition and 2016's unified junior middle school Chinese textbooks will improve the gender stereotype in Chinese textbooks,help teachers and students establish a correct gender view and build gender harmony An equal society is of great significance.The value orientation of gender in Chinese textbooks is mainly reflected in two dimensions: frequency and content,which can directly show the value orientation of gender in Chinese textbooks.Through the comparative study of the two sets of junior middle school Chinese textbooks,it is found that there are more men than women,the same value orientation of male centered and male dominated women in the 2001 people's Education Edition and 2016 unified junior middle school Chinese textbooks.However,there are some differences.In 2016,the gender figures in the Chinese textbook of junior high school showed a new development trend from single to diversified,from family to society and the times.The factors that lead to the change of gender value orientation in Chinese textbooks include the development of literary creation,the direction of textbook editing and social development.At the same time,on the basis of the comparative study of the gender value orientation in Chinese textbooks,it is necessary to clarify the gender value orientation and its development in the two sets of junior middle school Chinese textbooks,combine the rich humanistic characteristics of Chinese subjects,and clarify the importance of gender equity education in Chinese Textbooks,as well as the content,presentation,textbook editor and teaching of the gender value orientation in Chinese textbooks In order to make better use of the gender valueorientation in junior middle school Chinese textbooks and realize gender equity education in Chinese textbooks and Chinese teaching.
