In the context of the modernization of education,it's our current major task to integrate the Education Informatization with the traditional teaching.Micro-lectures have become popular with teachers and students because of their conciseness,interestingness and directness.At present,very little research on the application of micro-lectures to Biology classroom teaching in junior high school has been done,not to mention the research on the application of micro-lectures to Biology online teaching,so there must be practical significance to do some research on how micro-lectures can optimize Biology classroom teaching in junior high school.This thesis classifies documents from home and abroad and draws on the the theoretical basis of the research on micro-lectures.In addition,this thesis makes surveys about hardware conditions of giving students micro-lectures by means of quesionaires.This thesis also collects the teacher's difficulties in making and using micro-lectures through interview method.In reference to the excellent cases of the Biology clasroom teaching,the thesis summarises the paradigms and application modes of micro-lectures in Biology teaching in junior high school.According to the teaching aims and contents of Biology,Grade 7,Volume I&Volume II and Biology,Grade 8,Volume I&Volume II,the thesis selects 16 micro-lectures as fine examples to gives guidance on how micro-lectures should be applied in different class types of Biology teaching in junior high school,namely,concept teaching,experiment teaching,mind-expansion teaching and reviewing lesson.The author also does tracking analysis on how micro-lectures can optimize online teaching and classroom teaching.This thesis chooses two parallel classes in Grade8 in Bo You No.2 Middle School in Binhai New Area,Tianjin as experimental samples,one is experimental class in which the micro-lectures are used and the other is control class in which conventional teaching methods are used.The thesis also does tracking analysis on the the teaching outcomes.The following conclusions can be drawn:(1)By using the software SPSS22.0 to do the analysis,two independent samples t-test were used to analyze the difference of the average test scores between the experimental class and the control class before and after the intervention.The result is like this:before intervention P=0.737>0.05;after intervention P=0.027<0.05.This proves that the application of micro-lectures can promote students' mastery and implementation of knowledge;Chi-square test was conducted on the interview results of the students in the experimental class before and after the experiment,the results of which show that the application of micro-class improves the students' initiative of self-study,openness of thinking and ability of combing and integrating knowledge.(2)Through the analysis of the interview results of teachers,it is shown that the research of micro-lectures assistant teaching has improved the information technology level of teachers and the information level of schools.(3)Through case analysis,micro-lectures can optimize students' preview,review,as well as new teaching and experimental skills training process.
