The new curriculum standard requires educators to fully respect individual differences in teaching,fully understand the needs of different students,and stimulate the enthusiasm of each student.However,the traditional teaching mode often ignores the differences between students and unifies the teaching objectives and requirements,resulting in students' heavy academic burden and learning pressure,resulting in students' anxiety,depression,hostility,emotional imbalance and other phenomena,affecting junior high school students' mental health.At the same time,junior high school students have just entered a new learning and living environment from primary school.While their academic burden is increasing,they are also in the rapid period of physical and mental development.They not only need to adapt to the learning content and methods,but also need to adjust and adapt to the physiological and psychological development.At the same time,various psychological contradictions are constantly emerging.If we can't deal with the study well,we should adjust and adapt to it And all kinds of contradictions in life will directly affect students' mental health.The research shows that the hierarchical teaching mode can effectively improve students' academic performance,promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship,and relieve students' learning pressure and anxiety.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to adopt the method of hierarchical teaching in teaching and improve students' mental health level by improving students' academic performance.According to the theory of mathematics hierarchical teaching,combined with the practice of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching,this paper constructs the mathematical hierarchical teaching mode scheme.According to the plan,the students are divided into three levels: A,B and C according to their mathematics learning ability and mental health level.A semester long educational experiment is carried out on the students by using the mathematical hierarchical teaching mode.According to the research results,this paper systematically discusses the positive influence of hierarchical teaching mode on junior high school students' mental health,and further studies the relationship between academic performance and mental health under the hierarchical teaching mode.based on the results of this study,the conclusions are as follows:1.Mathematics hierarchical teaching mode can significantly improve junior high school students' mathematics learning performance.2.The hierarchical teaching mode can significantly reduce the scores of paranoias,anxiety,hostility,learning pressure,emotional imbalance and psychological balance in the mental health scale,and promote the formation of healthy psychological quality of students.3.Paranoia and anxiety in the mental health dimension can effectively explain the variation of mathematical scores and reduce the scores of these two dimensions can improve the hierarchical teaching Next student's mathematics test results.
