The embodied cognition theory as a new direction for the study of psychology,provides a new idea for the reform of mental health teaching.In view of this,this study constructed the body as the core concept of mental health education of high school students' body experience body teaching mode.At present,the research in teaching the application of embodied cognition the theory to other disciplines,and the application in mental health in the teaching mode should be further studied.In this study,interviews,experiments and observation methods were used to construct the model of physical education in senior high school.Meanwhile,the experiment was carried out on the mental health education of senior high school students:1.Through qualitative research and analysis,high school mental health education has a positive effect on improving students' interest in learning,classroom participation and interaction between teachers and students.2.Through the teaching experiment in two classes,the mental health education with teaching mode compared with the traditional teaching mode of mental health education,has a significant effect on the level of high school students' mental health quality.Among them,the level of psychological health of senior high school students to improve the specific reflect in the following aspects:(1)There is no significant improvement in the mental health level of high school students who have accepted the physical teaching model(2)Accept the body of teaching mode of senior high school students in the mental health quality level of social competence has a significant improvement in the dimension,which is significant difference in dimensions of interpersonal communication,but in the sense of responsibility,significant differences between the two dimensions of adaptation did not.(3)Accept the body of teaching mode of senior high school students in the mental health quality level of learning ability has a significant increase in the dimension,which is the dimension of study ability of attention,improve the two dimensions of thinking capacity.(4)The high school students who accepted the physical teaching model had a significant improvement in the level of psychological health quality,which is the significant improvement of the self confidence and emotion in the two dimensions.
