With the implementation of the new curriculum standards,the education circle has given higher requirements for educators and has begun to pay close attention to the integrated development of students.The new curriculum standards require that teachers should consider all of the students during the teaching process without leaving behind even one student.The minorities in the southern part of xinjiang accepted bilingual education,therefore in terms of the level of mandarin compared with the same grade of Han students or min-han students,there is a big difference.The mathematics foundation of minority students in Southern Xinjiang is poor and they also have the poor understanding ability.So that they make the slow learning in speed.To enable minority students to learn mathematics better,their mandarin level must be improved.it is a vital issue in our national education.Stratified teaching is based on students' basic knowledge,learning ability,Thinking ability,Interests and hobbies,to provide different teaching tasks,teaching contents and teaching methods to the different levels of students.It is more suitable for the students in No.1 Senior High School of Shenzhen-kashgar.To the above problems,this study combines the characteristics of mathematics in Senior High School students of the minority language department in southern Xinjiang.it is necessary that to investigate and analyze the minority students who are living with slow learning progress and low performance.also to Identify the problems and determine the cause of these conditions.try to explore how to develop stratified teaching and the significance of improving the mathematics learning level of minority high school students.The research results show that There are many problems in stratified teaching in high school.lacking of the teaching resources,the limit of the number of teachers,the single teacher teaches classes at both levels can not effectively meet the demandings for stratified teaching course.The math teachers in the department of humanities were interviewed and found that their understanding of stratified teaching is not very deep,All factors are not fully considered.Apart from this,There are also limitations on the ways of stratifying method.Based on practical problems,after having analyzed the present situation about stratifiedteaching of mathematics in senior high schools for the department of Nationalities,this article analyzed the stratified teaching of mathematics major and the researcher has taken the action about the stratified teaching for the students in No.1 Senior High School of Shenzhen-kashgar and has got the obvious effect.Stratified teaching meets the demanding of students of different levels in learning,it shows that every student can receive the corresponding education,the research has created more opportunities for every student to make progress,their self-confidence has been greatly improved,meanwhile,most of the students have developed a strong interest in mathematics,in this way,the contents,qualities and the efficiency of the course have been improved,also the gap between students and students has been narrowed and the overall work for students has been promoted.Finally,gave the suggestion of improving the senior high school of the native language department in southern Xinjiang.To begin with,videly use the still existing teaching resources,set up a reasonable stratification system and guide the recessive teaching in the classroom.Secondly,make a good publicity for the techers,students and parents.Improve the teacher's stratified teaching sense.Practice stratified teaching in each teaching link.Thirdly,improving the use of stratified teaching is necessary for the teachers and Schools should change the assessment methods of teachers,not to rely too much examination results and the enrollment rate to judge the quality of teachers,Pay close attention to the students' personal development.
