| Middle school sports teaching is an important part of school quality education,since the full implementation of physical education and health curriculum reform inour country, there are many scholars to the national regions of the implementation ofthe PE and health course conditions are studied, and in view of the southern xinjiangregion of middle school physical education and health curriculum present situation ofthe research, only a less, so in this paper, the three southern border state secondaryschool physical education and health curriculum teaching present situation hascarried on the investigation and study, investigation content includes: structure ofteachers, teachers, teaching conditions, teacher prepares a lesson, teacher’s teachingand researching activities and problems existing in the teaching, etc.This article through the literature material law, expert interview method,mathematical statistics research methods such as in-depth understanding of thesouthern xinjiang three after the sports and health curriculum teaching situation,summarized as follows:1.Southern xinjiang women teachers three state secondary school physicaleducation teachers is less, record of formal schooling is ideal, most of them arebachelor’s degree, suggest increase the strength of PE teachers’ in-service training,gradually improve the theoretical level of physical education teachers, providetheoretical guarantee for the sustainable development of the middle school sportsteaching.2.Southern xinjiang three after the school sports facilities is not balanced, tosome extent, the teaching equipment can’t meet the demand of school physicaleducation teaching, affect the physical education development in the region, suggestthat relevant departments to increase spending on site and its supporting facilities,make the area balance of teaching conditions, meet the requirements of normalteaching.3.Influenced by traditional teaching concept, reform of physical education lackof initiative, of the new curriculum reform, to carry out the implementation of "sportsand health course standard" degree is poorer, suggested by way of collective learningor other school communication, learning advanced teaching methods, improve thestudents’ interest in learning.4.The quality of the teaching plan is not high and the low degree of execution,the classroom teaching presents the obsolete teaching content and teaching methodsmeans a single, suggested that school leaders should actively reverse idea, at thesame time, strengthen leadership and supervision for the work of physical educationteachers, actively promote the reform of school physical education curriculum, moreimprovement and innovation of teaching content and form.5.Low level of Chinese language teachers and students, the teaching effect ispoor, restricting the development of PE and health course, suggested that continue tostrengthen the promotion of bilingual teaching, the long-term system of teachers training, improve their teaching ability, teaching to enhance the teaching effect andimprove teaching quality.6.PE teachers’ workload big but get low wages, scientific research ability is low.Suggestions to improve grassroots sports teachers’ treatment, regularly assignedrelated experts and scholars supply, increase the sports discipline of academicexchanges learning opportunities, encourage sports teachers’ scientific research work,strengthening regional cooperation, and encourage outstanding teachers exchange oflearning. |
