Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Global Competence Training For Senior High School Students

Since the 21 st century,the tide of human globalization is overwhelming.The advancement of globalization has also brought challenges to human society.With the increasing international status of China,our demand for high-level international talents is more and more urgent.Training international talents with global competence is an inevitable requirement for China to face global problems and international competition in the new era of globalization.On the basis of relevant literature research,this study clarifies the definition,elements and structure of global competence,determines the goal of global competence training for senior high school students,designs questionnaire and interview outline according to different dimensions,and conducts relevant investigation and analysis on the research objects.Through the survey,we found that the research object Ningbo s high school has done a good job in the cultivation of students' global competence.Among the three dimensions of students' global competence cultivation,the school has done a good job in the personal dimension,the cognitive dimension is relatively weak,the training level in the sub dimensions of global competence cultivation is uneven,and the German class enjoys more common resources in the cultivation of global competence.Finally,according to the results of the survey,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of senior high school students' global competence from different perspectives.We should establish a mechanism for the cultivation of senior high school students' global competence,incorporate the global competence into the curriculum standards and evaluation system of senior high school students,improve the global competence of teachers,and provide more opportunities for students to contact with other parts of the world.It is necessary to integrate global competence training into school running philosophy and campus culture construction,integrate global competence training into school curriculum system,integrate global competence education into subject teaching,and cultivate students' global competence through international exchanges and home school cooperation.
