As Locke said,"in fact,all education is to cultivate good habits." Habits witness a person's growth and development,good habits are the right arm of good life,bad habits will do endless harm.In this era of knowledge change and information explosion,everyone is in the social atmosphere of national learning and lifelong learning.The concept of learning habits has gradually been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.It has become the common wish of parents and teachers to cultivate students' good learning habits.The lower grade of primary school is the key period of cultivating learning habits.During this period,students form and develop a kind of automatic learning behavior that individual needs through repeated practice.Good learning habits are conducive to tap the potential of students and improve their comprehensive quality.The premise of every step in life is to take the first step,help students form good learning habits from the starting point of education,and set up a healthy growth ladder for them.The school I teach in is the first newly established school in Jinpu New District of Dalian City in more than ten years.The student source structure is relatively balanced,and the family education background is different.The educational philosophy and policy of the new school are pioneering and innovative.All kinds of educational resources provide effective support and guarantee for the research on the cultivation of learning habits in primary school.Based on the five-year teaching experience of lower grade education,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on459 students of Grade 1-3 in our school from three dimensions of pre class,in class and after class,and grasped the general situation.It was found that the current situation of learning habits of lower grade primary school students included: the basic learning habits in pre class learning habits were better than the expanding learning habits;the learning habits in class were generally better However,some students are difficult to concentrate in class;the basic learning habits and the expanding learning habits are not ideal in the after-school learning habits.At the same time,combined with the survey results,this paper analyzes the stage differences,gender differences,grade differences and the nature of learning habits of lower grade primary school students.In view of the special problems found,the case study method is used to conduct in-depth research,and some common problems are found in the learning habits of the lower grade primary school students: the problems reflected in the pre class learning habits are: the students' awareness of independence is weak,the psychological dependence is serious,the lack of systematic learning awareness,the pre class learning is limited to book knowledge;the problems reflected in the learning habits in class are The problems reflected in the learning habits after class are:ignoring the cultivation of reading and writing habits and lack of knowledge integration ability.On this basis,this paper explores the factors affecting the formation of good learning habits of lower grade primary school students,including:the factors affecting the formation of learning habits before class are younger,the lack of systematic and comprehensive teacher education;the factors affecting the formation of learning habits in class are students' learning motivation is not enough,teachers ignore the cultivation of learning habits,teachers lack of appropriate education methods,preschool education environment The factors affecting the formation of learning habits after class include students' perfunctory learning attitude,the influence of teachers' examination oriented educational thinking,the uneven cultural level of parents,the lack of training methods for parents,the neglect of the cultivation of learning habits,the poor environment of after-school trusteeship,the proliferation of extracurricular counseling classes and the multiple influences of information society.Based on the above survey and analysis results,this paper explores various strategies to cultivate learning habits of junior students.For the cultivation of learning habits before class,the first is to cultivate self-awareness and enhance students' self-confidence,the two is to develop ways to improve education level,the three is to systematize habit cultivation and grasp the key period of development;for the learning habits in class,the first is to stimulate students' interest and use them skillfully To encourage and promote development,the second is to innovate educational methods and dig into the details of education;the third is to clarify the principle of cooperation and enhance the cohesion of the class;the fourth is to set an example for teachers and to cultivate people with emotion;the first is to pay attention to mental health and care for the healthy growth;the second is to cultivate family education atmosphere and carry out scientific family education;the third is to coordinate and unify family school cooperation and education The fourth is reasonable arrangement of extracurricular activities,respecting interests and looking into the future.The fifth is to make effective use of electronic information to expand and develop learning resources.The purpose is to cultivate learning habits of junior students through these methods and strategies.Teacher Li Zhenxi once said: talents are "grown" rather than "cultivated".We should fully tap the resources and energy of schools,families and society,and let students develop good learning habits from childhood,so that students can grow up freely,healthily and with dignity.
