| The core value of "people-oriented" promotes the innovation of the concept of classroom management,which requires teachers to re-examine and position classroom management,and realize democratic classroom management.The ultimate goal of classroom management is to cultivate students' good classroom learning habits.The lower grade stage of primary school is the key period for students to form good classroom learning habits,but the poor discipline of children's psychological development determines that the cultivation of their good habits can not be separated from the requirements and guidance of teachers.Token making is an effective method of behavior shaping,which has certain necessity and feasibility in cultivating good classroom learning habits of junior students.Using action research method,this paper tries to apply the token system training program to the classroom of my teaching class,so as to help students develop good classroom learning habits.On the basis of practical research,the author summarizes the results of the action plan and puts forward targeted implementation suggestions.First of all,the paper clarifies the analysis framework of classroom learning habits from five dimensions: preparation habits,listening habits,expression habits,reading habits and writing habits.Then,the paper expounds the theoretical basis of using token system to cultivate the learning behavior habits of primary school students.It includes the operational conditioning theory,the reinforcement theory of learning motivation,the characteristics of learning habits of primary school students and the advantages of token system.Under the support of theory,the author began to use token system to cultivate the learning behavior habits of junior primary school students.The whole action process is divided into four stages: pretest,preparation,intervention and tracking.In the pretest stage,the author has made clear the baseline level of the class students and many problems in their learning habits.In the preparation stage,the author has determined the target behavior of this action and its training plan,token,back-up reinforcement and token exchange system,which are ready for the whole research.In the intervention stage,the author has carried on the actual implementation to the token system.This stage mainly follows the principle of step-by-step strengthening,and has carried on the decomposition cultivation and the comprehensive cultivation to the classroom learning behavior habit successively.In the tracking stage,the author monitored the implementation effect of the token system training program.After the research,the author makes statistics and Analysis on the data in the observation record form,and draws the following three conclusions from the horizontal and vertical dimensions: first,token system helps to cultivate the good classroom learning habits of primary school students in the lower grades;second,token system has different strengthening effects on different classroom learning habits;third,token system has different strengthening effects on students at different levels.Finally,the author makes a rational reflection on the whole research process and results,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of token system from four aspects: paying attention to individual differences,strengthening the level and difference of token system scheme;strictly fulfilling commitments,ensuring the timeliness and constancy of the implementation of token system;properly moving down the power,implementing students' independent management and multi subject evaluation;establishing exit mechanism,promoting Target behavior is classified into natural situation. |
