As an important part of Chinese teaching,the reading teaching of classical poetry in senior high has been attracting the attention of the academic circle.Front-line teachers and research experts on the theory of Chinese education have all made active explorations on how to achieve effective and high-quality teaching of classical poetry in senior high schools,and on how to solidly promote students' core literacy of Chinese,including "language construction and application" "thinking development and promotion" "aesthetic appreciation and creation" and "cultural inheritance and understanding".In addition,a deep and multi-angle thinking on how to eliminate the phenomena,which are formed due to the utilitarian thought of College Entrance Examination,of low efficiency in classical poetry teaching in senior high,focusing on the technique of solving problems and ignoring the law of poetry teaching itself has been made.According to the current situation which weakens the teaching of recitation and reading,ignores the aesthetics of artistic conception,and emphasizes skills over Tao in the teaching of classical poetry,Chinese teachers should meditate on "what to teach" and"how to teach",act actively,return to "Tao" from the "skills",reform radically,explore the tenet of "Tao" in the teaching of classical poetry and practice the six values:Pay attention to the accumulation of "quantity" of classical poetry,pay attention to the diversified interpretation of classical poetry texts,pay attention to the macro and overall design of poetry teaching,pay attention to guide students through the understanding of the plainness of poetry emotion,pay attention to the spiritual education of poetry emotion and pay attention to the accepting guidance of the aesthetic implication of classical poetry.More importantly,on the basis of six values,teachers need research actively and practice teaching strategies on how to return to "Tao":Strengthen the basic reading and study,enhance emotional and rhythmic and arioso recitation,create the situation ingeniously,stimulate the internal driving power(carefully design the class introduction and rendered with the paired music),read deeply and knowledgeably,broaden and thicken knowledge by multidimensional contrast,and hopes to achieve the ideal state of being able to use poems to understand poetry freely,to achieve the spiral improvement from "skill" to"Tao" to the sublimated "skill" and finally to achieve the realms of perfect in classical poetry teaching,to complete the self-salvation in classical poetry teaching in senior high and truly improve the core literacy of students.
