| China’s Ministry of Education issued the "General High School Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" officially put forward the core quality of Chinese discipline.The core accomplishment of primary school Chinese discipline is an important part of the core accomplishment system.Through combing the existing literature,it is found that the current research on the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers from the perspective of core literacy of Chinese discipline is not much.Based on this,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of core literacy and Chinese discipline core literacy,this research realizes the connotation and dimension construction of the core literacy of Chinese discipline in primary schools.On this basis,it analyzes the requirements for the professional development of primary school students and primary school Chinese teachers.Combined with the investigation of the current situation of the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers in W School from the perspective of subject core literacy,this paper analyzes in W School at the present stage,in the hope of helping to explore the professional development path of primary school Chinese teachers from the perspective of subject core literacy.The introduction describes the origin of the research,research ideas and relevant literature review.Starting from the importance of the requirement of the core quality of Chinese discipline for students and teachers to the development of primary school Chinese professional teachers,this paper seeks for the realistic basis for the teacher professional development to be optimized from the perspective of the core quality of Chinese discipline.Establish the research ideas and methods of this study.The first chapter is about the connotation,dimension and construction basis of the core accomplishment of primary school Chinese discipline.this paper puts forward the connotation of the core accomplishment of primary school Chinese discipline,analyzes the dimensions of the core accomplishment of primary school Chinese discipline,and discusses the necessity of the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers from the perspective of the core accomplishment of the discipline.The second chapter is the new requirement and practical direction for the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers under the guidance of the discipline core quality.It elaborates the specific requirements from the four aspects of language,culture,thinking and aesthetics,and clarifies the practical direction of teachers.Only when teachers have the corresponding ability and quality can they better implement the core quality of the subject.The third chapter is the problem presentation and the reason analysis.Taking W School as the research object,this study conducted a case study.Through the interview method and observation method,it was found that there were problems in the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers in W School,such as sluggish development of language intuition,insufficient development of teachers’ cultural background,weak overall thinking ability and unsatisfactory aesthetic knowledge structure.Based on this,this paper explores the path of teachers’ professional development under the guidance of the core literacy of Chinese discipline.The fourth chapter aims to explore the realization path of primary school Chinese teachers’ professional development under the guidance of discipline core literacy.For the problems existing in the process of teacher professional development,teachers and schools should continue to think and develop.On the one hand,teachers should take the initiative to improve their own cultural accomplishment,aesthetic accomplishment and language art.On the other hand,schools should carry out teaching and research activities with subject core literacy as the theme,build a school model of subject core literacy,and incorporate subject core literacy into the training system,so as to help teachers’professional development. |
