The concept of "core literacy" was quickly advocated by various countries after it was proposed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in 1997.Entrusted by the Ministry of Education of China,Beijing Normal University united nearly 100 experts from domestic universities to set up a research group in September2016 to issue "Core Competencies and Values for Chinese Students' Development",which represents the formal recognition and implementation of the core literacy education model in China.The development of this education model is becoming more and more perfect and unstoppable after years of practice and research by experts and scholars."Developing students' Core Competencies and Values" is the focus of current education research in China.The cultivation of primary school students' core competencies and values must be based on Subjects Education.Chinese is the basic and the main subject in primary school.Chinese subject education has become an important way to develop students' core competencies and values in China.This study states the development status of primary school students' Chinese literature core literacy,analyse the existing problems and put forward the corresponding strategies to solve them.This study is divided into four parts:The introduction part introduces the relevant literature review,which including research background,domestic and foreign research summaries,research significance,research program design,research features and innovations.The first chapter gives an overview of the related concepts of Chinese literature core literacy.This part discriminates the concept of core literacy,the mechanism of subjects core literacy,the Chinese subject,Chinese literacy and Chinese core literacy.The second chapter will analyze the dimensions of Chinese literature core literacy.It includes four dimensions: language construction and application,thinkingdevelopment and promotion,aesthetic appreciation and creation,cultural inheritance and understanding.Chapter three investigates and analyses the current situation of the development of primary school students' Chinese literature core literacy.First of all,design questionnaires of the primary school students' Chinese literature core literacy according to the characteristics of the fourth grade students in Shenyang X Primary School to learn the current situation of primary school students' Chinese literature core literacy training.Then design questionnaires for the parents of these students' to learn what kind of role these parents play in the process.Finally,interview the fourth grade Chinese teachers to learn their attitudes and practices in the process.There are several factors can affect the development of primary school students' Chinese literature core literacy according to the results of investigation process above:(1)The notion of social needs has not been completely changed.(2)Lack of Chinese literature core literacy.(3)Development ways for Chinese literature core literacy is impractical.(4)Lack of effective support for training pupils' Chinese literature core literacy.Chapter Four mainly puts forward strategic suggestions for the cultivation of primary school students' Chinese literature core literacy.This part puts forward some strategies which can develop the primary school students' Chinese literature core literacy effectively:(1)Society should establishing the correct education concept and renew the notion of Chinese Education.Such as correcting the social demand for talents,transforming the standard of talent assessment,implementing "Level by Ability" in schools,teaching with love,putting an objective view on students' abilities.(2)Teachers should innovate teaching mode,bring the interdisciplinary linkage into full play.Including lifelong learning,improving their own Chinese literature core literacy,innovating teaching design,constructing diversified Chinese teaching model and developing curriculum resources,bringing the interdisciplinary linkage into full play.(3)Parents should keep up with the pace of education and cultivate lifelong learning awareness.Including having the relevant foundation of Chinese literature core literacy and creating conditions to help pupils promote Chinese literature core literacy.(4)For primary school students,it is necessary to develop their Chinese language abilities in a balanced way and to cultivate their Chinese literature core literacy.It includes consolidating the basic knowledge of Chinese subject,cultivating the awareness of Chinese literature core literacy and enhancing the awareness of independent learning,and formulating the learning plan of Chinese literature core literacy.
