Junior middle school physics is an applied subject based on experiment,in which the experiment played a major role." Physical curriculum standard for full-time compulsory education(The 2011 edition)" emphasize Junior high school physics curriculum should attach importance to the reality of life,provide students with space to explore,study the methods of scientific research,and pay attention to the cultivation of students'practical and innovative ability.For the physics course,the most used is the experimental teaching,And the largest proportion of experimental teaching is the demonstration experiment.Demonstration experiments are the most close to the real life.Therefore,the teaching tools for demonstration experiments can be more lifly.It can also be further improved and self-made on the basis of the existing.But through the investigation research,it was found that the present situation of domestic junior middle school physics demonstration experiment is very unsatisfactory,in teaching,is still extremely weak link,including the school laboratory equipment and equipment of the old and limitations and improper management,the enthusiasm of teachers in doing demonstration experiments is not good,as well as the ability and quality of the teachers themselves are not high enough factors affect the good results of the demonstration experiment.So in the context of the new curriculum reform,how to do a good job in junior middle school physics demonstration experiment,how to improve the existing equipment,and on the basis of the existing equipment to add more innovative teaching tools,so that junior middle school physics demonstration experiment to play a better teaching function,show better teaching effect,make physics teaching more effective,is the research purpose of this paper.The research methods used in this paper are literature method,investigation method,interview method and experiment method.The present situation of demonstration experiments and self-made teaching tools at home and abroad is understood by reading literature.And through the design of questionnaires and interviews to the three schools to demonstrate the implementation of the experiment and the existing equipment statistics,and combined with the demonstration experiment and self-made teaching tools related theories in the actual teaching to select a few can be improved and self-made equipment teaching tools to lead students to start from the actual life together to operate,then it is applied again in practical teaching.In the end,the research results are summarized and the deficiencies are analyzed,the problems and theories to be further studied are elaborated,and the practical work in the later period is prospected.
